But, being from…read moreanother state, and needing information specific to Ohio laws - as well as actual, real-life experience in the local application of those laws, I needed a local attorney. I found Mr. Jack through another site, where he was highly recommended by other clients. Mr, Jack was prompt in his reply to my email, and completely understood my situation. When we spoke, I found Mr. Jack to be knowledgeable, professional, and not rushing to make an easy buck off of me. I got the information I needed, and was glad to have found a "down to earth" attorney.

He talks the talk and when comes to the walking part he will just walk off your case and take your money. He was bragging about having custody of his grand daughter rather then doing his job and looking into our case. Used us for $3,000 and threaten to walk off. The dad who won custody of the case has an assault charge on a female in front of kids and drug and alcohol history been in rehab twice never paid child support. jeffery told us that its expunged and i understand that to certain extent when its a violent charge expunged or not this should of still played a big part in how he should never have custody of any kids. guess according to stark county violent charges and not paying child support is how you get custody of your kids. oh dont forget to beat the mother too they will look past it

There are a plethora of which I could write a book about, but we will just highlight the most recent thing. My ex wife had me in unnecessary supervised visitation and she tried to extend it for another 4 months which the Court thankfully agreed was a bad idea. She also blatantly misrepresented my children's therapist in the case and said the children were making no progress, when in fact they had made substantial progress. Beware that her costs are extremely exhorbitant compared to other attorneys in the area, and you will be charged for all forms of contact.

Our experience working with this vendor was unfortunately unprofessional and unnecessarily…read moredifficult over a routine invoicing matter. We requested a proper invoice identifying the service performed, as the invoice initially submitted only reflected a dollar amount without identifying the job, party served, or case information. As a company handling hundreds of assignments monthly, proper documentation is required before payment processing. Instead of simply providing a revised invoice, communication quickly became aggressive, rude, and condescending through both emails and phone calls. Our office operates on standard net-30 payment terms unless prepayment is arranged beforehand, which was communicated. Despite this, repeated hostile follow-ups continued before the payment term had elapsed. We value professional vendor relationships and expect basic professionalism and cooperation when resolving accounting or documentation issues. Based on our experience, we would not utilize this vendor again.
