Neighbor did not decide to use August Gonzalez/AMGS Concrete, however I did. Paid deposit and final amount when due. I've seen other driveway approaches in my neighborhood that have been completed after mine and mine is not as crisp or have the lines like it should. They covered my drain on the left hand side (August said they wouldn't cover it the night before when digging out my drive- probably should have got that in writing). I was not home while the work was being done, came home to empty beer bottles and bottle caps in my yard, along with the black pan w/ concrete that left a missing patch of grass *major side eye*

Unfortunately, with WinnScapes you will receive far less than that. When choosing a reputable company to work with find an alternative for your needs. There are many other choices and by far better companies that still care about customer service and quality control. Do not expect to find it within this company. Called in to express our concern that (2) car driveways were not being serviced completely. Leaving a foot and a half or more on each side of the driveway is never acceptable. You are either part of the problem or part of the solution!

The website said the store was open so I went several times-it wasn't. I went 3 more times to buy…read moresoil the website showed in stock. The new manager they hired has no idea what's going on. The last time I went, they sold me the soil even though they did not have it. Normally, you pay and drive to the yard and they load it. This time the people in the yard ignored me, so I waited for a while (cars lining up behind me) and finally went in the back door for assistance. The clerk came out and they told me they didn't have it. They couldn't refund my money because they didn't have the "code". I would have to call their corporate office (but they could not give me that number-- they said I could look it up) or I could "come back some other time.' They don't care about their customers or providing good service.

I ordered their bulk topsoil and it was basically mulch. It smelled like mulch, looked like mulch,…read moreand it burns (very dry). When I took them a sample, they told me it was their topsoil. Do not buy their topsoil, however it would make great ground cover, aka mulch. The picture shows what they delivered on the left, and what i pulled from their top soil bin. They told me they were the same. The one on the right clumps and holds together. The one on the left will not clump and doubt plants could hold root in it. Additionally, the call center has said a manager would call me back. After multiple attempts at calling I have not heard from a manager. They do not care.
