This place is absolutely AWESOME. Walking in the office for the first time and I was made to feel completely comfortable. Staff is wonderful, friendly, and very accommodating. After checking in at the front desk, I waiting in the waiting room for less than 5 minutes (I arrived a few minutes early). I was led to the doctor's office where my paperwork was gone over in front of me and a set of normal questions were asked. Please note that the doctor himself is very laid back and very personable! I could have stayed there the entire day and had a great time! It was like meeting and making a group of new friends! After seeing the doctor I was led into the final office where I went over my medical card information. The entire process was about 45 minutes...but I bet it's more like 20-30 mins since I talked way too much while I was in there! If you're on the fence about going, and you have a legit medical reason, then go! You'll wonder why you didn't go any sooner! read more

Cool lil place in Canfield with Really nice and knowledgeable girls that work there. Maria and Dana were just the best! The Dr is also nice and laid back and is also very helpful with any questions you may have . It was definitely a cool experience ! They do not charge you payment until they see that you definitely qualify for the Medical Marijuana card too, so no worries there! I was really surprised that I had my card already ready to use within minutes after my visit. So that was even super great! Definitely a neat experience and 5 stars for sure ! Not impressed. Get there and first queastion was did i bring my dissability awatds letter, well no i didnt vecause i wasnt told to. So the run around started i had to go get tge awards letter and e mail it to some one then wait for a email from some one else, so here i set on Saterday no medicene no card payed 220 and got the run around and the location isnt open next week. So i dont even know how or when i will get my card. Not impressed at all read more

Ohio Marijuana Card is awesome. This place gives us with chronic pain so much hope and relief! I no longer have to rely on my doctors for help with my pain! All of my specialists and Family Physician refused to help me with my pain. This to me is disgusting. The staff at Ohio Marijuana Card are very knowledgeable and so compassionate. Everyone was really nice. It was a positive environment. Everything was explained clearly. It went much easier than I was expecting. I gave them my medical records and met with a very nice doctor. She asked me some questions and then explained the whole situation of getting medical marijuana from a dispensary. Before I left, the wonderful receptionist explained how I would get my card. Making the appointment was easy. The intake form was completed online. The staff answered my questions when I called, so when I arrived the process fast and efficient. The doctor was knowledgeable and friendly. I was there for 20 to 30 minutes. One of the staff provided information to assist in getting my card from the state. As long as you have everything they tell you to bring you should be good. I had my card and email the same day as my appointment. They are very efficient. They compensated me for my appointment that they cancelled a few weeks ago. Glad we went. The receptionist played triva games with people in the waiting room to help pass the time. read more

The team in Beachwood made my visit very comfortable. I had many reservations about doing this but the clear and concise explanations from the Doctor and her team calmed all of my fears. They were very helpful. If you come with everything they ask for you will be all good. I had my records faxed over they got me right in to see the doctor. By the time I got home I had got the email that my card was ready to be downloaded. I highly recommend them. read more
