Really nice location!…read more The entrance itself, when you get past the entry way door is nothing fancy, but once you get past that area it is really pretty impressive. The inside has a small area dedicated to PO Boxes .... but these are pretty fancy PO Boxes, ones you would expect to find in like a Beverly Hills. Not a ton of space, and the lighting is kind of dim. But, from the looks of things, they aren't too crowded and the person working the counter takes care of people really quickly. The building itself is an old brick building that just looks as if it's been around since the 1800's, but has been taken care of extremely well! If you were in the area and needing postal services, I'd recommend this location to anyone....really nice!

Yhey only take appointments between 9am-3pm when most people are at work. so my husband and I both took off work to make this appointment. when we get there there is a sign that says they are unable to process them today. I told my husband we need to ask when they will be able to because we are gonna have to reschedule the appointment. The woman running the register I guess over heard hat and never said a word to us she just walks to the back and says something to another woman. that woman comes out and says we aren't gonna be able to do them. I said can you tell me when you can so I can make another appointment and she told me to feel free to make as many appointments as I want but they don't have to do them, she said the appointment is just a request it doesn't mean they will actually do it. In what universe is your customer making an appointment to do a particular piece of paperwork merely a request??? They don't give a crap about customers.

If it's something you order and you need it quick, the USPS isn't it. Your package will stop at every hub post office in every state until it gets to you. The big hub here is in Birmingham, AL. I've had packages sit there for 3-4 days before they move it to Anniston about 30 miles away. I got a notice from the USPS Birmingham on Monday that my package was delayed because of severe weather. I looked out the window and the sun was shining. I got a notice last week my package was undeliverable because my mailbox was unavailable. Huh? Their informed delivery page is a joke. It's not even close to being right, ever. I've had 3 packages in there that were supposed to be delivered on Monday. It's now Wednesday and haven't seen package one. They just keep moving the date everyday. I've been down to the post office to find out what the issue is. I would have had better luck talking to my 3 yo. Nobody know anything or they're just not saying. And going to the USPS site to price postage for a package. Forget it. Page after page of of prices and zones. You need a PHD to read and understand it because of course there's no instructions. Go to the FEDEX or UPS sites, type in the package dimensions, weight and zip code. Presto! Instant price!. And their version of informed delivery is actually fairly accurate. Imagine that. If some day the law is changed and some competition is allowed for a competing mail service, the USPS will be gone in less than a year. And if congress stopped making up their $8 billion shortfall every year, they'd be gone tomorrow. And they do lose $5-8 billion dollars year after year. I guess that what happens when you hire people to sell stamps and pay them $85,000/yr.

Not to mention they have rude people up at the front every time I go in there the workers up front are rude or harass you and say rude things I had a lady who was working in the front after they gave me horrible service I remarked with "if this is how you treat the people who pay your salary I won't be back I'll be shipping with another company" she came at me and replied with " whatever people threaten us all the time you'll be back." Correction to her I will not spend another dime shipping any package with this company and for the future if this company want to be anywhere near competing with ups or fed ex they need to replace their workers and their sorry attitudes.
