Still, I have struggled with chronic physical and mental fatigue, malaise, brain fog and a number of other physical manifestations. For years, I have seen doctor after doctor - MDs and Naturopathic Doctors (NDs). I even sought out one of the best endocrinologists in the greater Seattle area and I continued to be told that my symptoms are normal for a 30 year old. The MDs referred me to tons of specialists who treated me for symptoms, but no one was looking at the underlying cause. I was referred to Dr. Elena from my ND for IV infusions to boost my immune system. I have a lot going on - hypothyroidism, hormone imbalances, persistently high Epstein-Barr lab values, low immune system lab values and more. Dr. Elena sat down with me for an hour through every IV infusion and asked about my history, how my treatment has been going and brainstormed ideas about how my treatment could be improved. I was truly feeling hopeless about my deteriorating health and body. Dr. Elena collaborated with my ND and other NDs regarding my treatment plan. I have felt so much more optimistic working with professionals that are sharing knowledge and expertise to help me improve. Dr. Elena is professional, compassionate, and very knowledgeable. My situation is complex, but I am starting to feel much better. I was kind of skeptical about the IV infusions helping me, but they really do make a huge difference. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Elena. If you have been searching for answers, Dr. Elena cares about finding out the root cause and working with you to improve your quality of life.

She offers numerous services along with General Medical Care, Annual Physicals, Vitamin Injections, Homeopathic treatment, Biodentical Hormone Replacement Therapy, Acupuncture and even Cupping. I have seen so many different doctors and specialists and it was absolutely refreshing to find a physician who truly cares about her patients and their pocketbooks! Whenever she prescribes supplements of any kind she will give me her honest opinion and also suggest numerous ways for me to find products that are within my budget. I have struggled with the symptoms of ADD for years and it was Dr. Amira who finally took the time to do the appropriate testing to find out the source of my frustration and is now prescribing care for my situation. She has been nothing but absolutely kind, helpful, informative and I truly feel at peace having her as my primary care Dr. A few things I love about this office: Easy scheduling via phone call or online at www.zocdoc.com They are always willing to work with you to handle all of your issues, for example I needed to have my annual, but I also wanted acupuncture, they were able to get me in for an extended session instead of having me come back at a different day. I have referred friends to see Dr. Amira and have only heard good things as well. It is rare to find a Dr. who truly cares about her patients and is willing to take the time needed to address your concerns and educates you on options that will work for you. Very happy here and will continue coming back as long as she is practicing!

The first red flag appeared when the ND wanted me to designate him as my PCP. Who does this? RED RED FLAG. The first meeting should be your interview with your care provider and see if it is a good fit. Customer service is very very poor with their staff. All they do is read a script. They don't listen to you. I was most likely on some list to rid me. This is a trend in many medical places. I feel this place misrepresents itself in a manipulative way to lure lonely people who want to be part of something. Beware. They try to suck you into spending money at this place. People are lonely these days, and they manipulate a person into spending money to feel loved and cared. It's a business. BEWARE. An ND has no power to order real medical tests as I also found out from a medical testing center staff stating I need a MD to put in an order. THEY CANNOT ACCEPT THEIR ORDER from an ND. I wrote a review on Google and they replied with false statements. When a place has to write a long, lengthy personal reply - it's a red flag. They should try to find out how to do "better". "please call the office to discuss" would be norm. Nobody apologized. It was so bizarre. I do think they drop a lot of patients. Why do they have a script? I believed in the Naturopathic way to solve many ailments, but after this I don't think so. They don't have any pull to even have you go get medical tests done- except bloodwork. Beware. I actually went to Virginia Mason and got proper attentive care. BEWARE

In only one visit and one follow-up appointment, which she came into the office on Christmas Eve to give (!!), Dr. Bobovski resolved an allergy/immune issue that four doctors, two allergists and a dermatologist couldn't, over the course of 18 months and several dangerous prescriptions/injections, couldn't. A food allergy test! who'da thunk it? My insurance covered the appointment and blood work, and although I did pay out of pocket for the food allergy panel ($85) and for the vitamins I purchased, I'd take that cash payment anyday over a life of free but questionably safe and clearly ineffective prescriptions that covered up my symptoms but didn't help the problem whatsoever, or teach me anything about my body. If I hadn't taken the "radical" plunge into naturopathy (the quotes are a JOKE), I would have taken steroid injections for goodness knows how long, and never learned about my semi serious food allergies that 23 years of cluelessness turned into an eventual allergy and weakened immune system. Two years after seeing her for the first time, I have never had another allergic reaction, and my gut has re-built itself after 23 years of abuse (poor gut!). Dr. Bobovski has respect for her patients and their sense of their own body. She's open about the benefits and limitations about naturopathy. I've never felt uncomfortable for a second in the waiting area (which has great magazines, btw) or naked in a gown on her table. I have never for a second felt rushed into or out of her office -- the level of focus and devotion to each and every issue or question you have is unreal for a doctor at a busy office. Dr. Bobovski and this lovely facility not only fixed the problem I went there for, but helped me to learn about my body from my body, and utterly rejuvenated my faith in medicine and doctors. I could not offer a higher recommendation for this doctor or the facility! And although I haven't personally seen any of her fellow doctors, I've heard good things.

Dr. Trina Seligman has been a pivotal partner in my long-term struggle to overcome medical and…read moremetabolic issues which caused me to gain weight, as well as struggle to lose it. Back in 2012, I'd found success on a low-carb weight loss program and managed to drop 60 of the 125 lbs I needed to lose. But when things slowed down, and the standard instructions I was following stopped working, Dr. Trina helped me identify root causes and address them directly. With her help I managed to lose the rest of my weight (125 lbs in total), and gained important knowledge to understand my own body in ways that have helped me ever since. My situation was complex. However she drilled down much deeper than any other provider I'd worked with into PCOS and Metabolic syndrome. She quadrupled my dose of Metformin for PCOS (which I learned was standard for the condition if you knew the science behind it). She also ordered a 3-hour glucose tolerance test (very uncommon but probably THE MOST important test I was ever given) to reveal I had Reactive Hypoglycemia - a very large root cause of my cravings, energy depletion and weight struggles. These insights and adjustments allowed me to finish my weight loss journey and hit my goal. I have struggled to stay at my goal but not because of Dr. Trina. The maintenance program given to me by the weight loss clinic I'd used (Ideal Protein) didn't fit my metabolic type. I started having cravings and weight gain almost as soon as I switched into maintenance. It took me awhile to get a handle on it, and during that time I regained weight. However, I've now started with Evolve180 Weight Loss and am re-losing weight rapidly, and I'm confident with that maintenance plan I'll be able to keep it off. It was specifically designed to include elements that work for people with my metabolic type. Dr. Trina also introduced me to Intermittent Fasting and Multi-day Fasting (ala Dr. Jason Fung's work) for management of my super-insulin-resistant metabolism. It has changed my life! I incorporate this into my plan with Evolve180, too. Dr. Trina is a very progressive, knowledgeable and compassionate practitioner. Meeting and working with her has helped change the course of my life. Her services are primarily virtual post-pandemic, but they are just as effective. Any of the physical aspects of care (i.e. blood draws, etc) can be done with 3rd party providers and Trina oversees everything. I can't recommend her highly enough! If you have complex hormonal, metabolic or other issues and need someone who sees the big picture, Trina's your doc!

We have each had a few health challenges over the year and always have recovered well and received excellent care from Dr. Seligman. The best part is that by following her guidance for overall general health, outside of acute incidents (like a sinus infection for example) we maintain better overall health year round. I also happen to be a bit of an extreme athlete as a hobby, participating in many obstacle course races annually (like Tough Mudder, Spartan and others). She has helped me maintain good health through all of this effort, which taxes my body harder than average and has high performance needs (I train 6 days/wk.). The advice she has provided specific to my health for this has definitely helped me keep pushing towards my goals in OCR and maintaining good health with that additional load.

Before that time, I was a patient of a large medical practice in Issaquah for over a decade. I've always tried to eat well and stay fit through exercise. So it has been frustrating that the story I've received every year at my annual checkup from my primary care physician at this large medical practice is the same: some of your biomarkers are higher than ideal and we'll just watch them. No further investigation, no analysis of underlying causes, no next steps at all. After I saw Dr Woodall, I learned for the first time that there were steps that I could take to address the underlying causes of my high biomarkers. The steps that I have taken include both medicines as well as nutritional supplements based on scientific knowledge and lab testing of vitamins and nutrients my body is not absorbing well. And I'm confident that the steps that I have taken will help me stay fit, active, and healthy as I move into an older stage of life. The doctors of the practice take a holistic approach seeking the root causes of ailments rather than merely addressing symptoms as seems to be the norm for many medical practices these days due. If you want to get ahead of health problems instead of dealing with them only after they arise, this is a medical practice that is highly worth investigating.
