If you are in a hurry you might want to ask when ordering how long it will be before your food is ready. Located right off of Frankfort's Main Street it is easy to find. There are picnic tables with umbrellas right there but you could also go down to the water easily. There are a few parking spaces right next to the ordering window which are accessible from the alley. The afternoon weather was gorgeous and the crowd was mellow which suited us perfectly. We ordered the fajitas, a burrito, and tried the famous white fish taco. I mean- White fish taco sounds good, but there was something truly magical about that experience. The gentleman running the truck was super friendly and took the time to share with us how he operates his farm and his motivation to do so. The kitchen prides itself in serving authentic Polish cuisine with only the best of ingredients. Since it's a food trailer, you get to enjoy your food outdoors, and in this day the weather was perfect, it was fun to watch the motorcycles ride by as we ate our snack. Now onto the food! We tried the cheddar potato and it was delicious! the pierogi were cooked to perfection with just the right amount of crispiness from searing and the filling was very light but full of flavor. And the cucumbers dill salad reminded me of my Babusia made when I would visit her as a boy. .

We arrived at opening time and the fish was shown as sold out on the menu. So ended up with a chicken sandwich, cheese curds and my wide had chicken strips and fried cauliflower chicken strips and fries were standard frozen fare, not impressive. The chicken sandwich however seemed to be a hand battered fried chicken breast with pickle onion lettuce and tomato on a nicely toasted brioche bun. The cheese curds were lightly battered and very good. The fried cauliflower was not impressive it appeared to have a light dry coating on the flower but overall it was mushy, not crispy at all. The chili sauce on them was tasty but the cauliflower its self was not great. Service was kinda slow, our orders were taken right away but we had to wait a while for our meal.
