DO NOT SEEK CARE HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH AND PROMPT CARE. Nurses were unbelievably rude and disrespectful to the patients who are clearly having a hard time given that they are sick and in pain. Immediately sent by ambulance to the Northwest Medical Center on Houghton with one artery 100% blocked and the other at 80%. By the time the ambulance got me to their Houghton Center they prepped and ready to wheel me straight into surgery. They put the first stent in and sent me to ICU. absolutely, FANTASTIC staff, beautiful room, very comfortable bed and environment. They saved my life with speed and top notch care. I can't give them enough stars! A big shout out to the AMR ambulance service, so professional, and handled everything with great care. 5 stars for them too!

The East Pima Street Next Care office has always given me prompt, thorough and kind care for burns, cuts, sprains, dislocated fingers, massive splinters (including removing embedded debris from a slide off-trail and 20 feet downhill), and one broken bone. Treatment has equaled what I have received in hospital emergency rooms and is a WHOLE lot faster. My latest trip for a deep knife cut yesterday was the same as usual. I was entirely satisfied and grateful for the care I got there from reception, prep, treatment and release.

They ask a lot of history and since I've had sinus issues long term that was good. They took my weight (no gain! Yea!) blood pressure, temperature, asked quite a few questions about my history and then drew blood. The PA came in, we talked some more, she looked at my ears, throat and listened intently at my lungs. In the end she said my issue was likely sinus related and that my lungs and everything else looked good. I was given 3 Rcs for the sinus and cough. I'd come back here for any issue. I met the ambulance here and I am so happy this is where the brought her. The staff has been an absolute blessing. Every person has showed competence and compassion for my Alzheimer's stricken mama. They have even taught me new ways to better care for her and made suggested that will go miles in improving her level of care. The respiratory therapists have been amazing; the doctors have been responsive respectful and brilliant; the culinary team has been so kind and helpful; phlebotomy came in like magicians who seemed to use magic to draw her blood because nearly each time was painless; and the nurses..... let me TELL you about these nurses! Wow! I mean they were beyond attentive to my mom's medical and psychological needs. They went out of their way to help her maintain her dignity, and never once dismissed what she had to say, even when she was a little whack-a-doodle. They adjusted to whatever was best for her! I'm talking to you, Christine, Corrine and Aiden! You and your crew made my mama smile and laugh through the terribles and for that I am forever a fan. The team at TMC Rincon are to be commended for doing their jobs with heart! Oh and this is a brand new facility. The ER was timely and thorough; the place is beautiful; and the room had a couch that converts into an actual BED for me to stay with her! And they have done away with the big beeping monitor system that always drives both patients and families crazy. She had a mini monitor "pack" that sends the feed to a central monitoring location which alerts the staff in the actual hospital if there an issue. This frees the nurses to do real patient care, instead of constantly responding to unimportant beeps and buzzes. I think they have really managed to create a different hospital experience for patients and families alike. I am very pleased, impressed and grateful.

You'd think they'd care to CORRECT mismanagement and repair their representation, but 'urology' is just so undermanned here in Tucson and this place could really, do much better. The communication between them and the Tucson VA is horrendous and incompetent.
