I was extremely patient and made every effort to accommodate the alterations process. After multiple unsuccessful attempts, I requested a refund. Unfortunately, the manager has not honored my request, leaving me no choice but to pursue a chargeback through my credit card company. But when I did someone put I purchased on the 09/24/26 which is a lie and not refunding my account. What made this experience even more disappointing was overhearing women in the back snickering and making comments as though I was simply trying to get a free dress. That could not be further from the truth! I purchased the dress in good faith, paid for a product I expected to wear, and gave the business multiple opportunities to make things right. As a business owner myself, I understand that mistakes happen. However, it's how a business handles those mistakes that defines its customer service. I never wanted a free dress. I wanted the beautiful dress I purchased to fit properly for a special occasion, or a fair refund when that was no longer possible.
