I've been going here for yearssss. I like my PCP but wait times are insane…read more First off- if someone does not go by their first name and they have a nickname hence the quotes in their chart- please be respectful and call them by their preferred name. Shout out to the sedentary who corrected the medical assistant with my nickname I go by. 2nd- Fioralba is so rude and disrespectful at CHA revere. I had my physical scheduled with my PCP and I relayed to the front desk that I wanted to be tested for Covid, flu, and everything else and they said I would be able too. As I was waiting in the room for my doctor to come in, Fioralba came in and said that "my time was limited" and if I wanted to be tested for those things, then the appointment would have to switch from a physical to testing to discuss symptoms. I never had this happen before. Usually a doctor puts in the orders and can get this done after. Obviously I needed my physical done, but did not understand why they could not put in the orders and do it all..... My PCP came in and confirmed I was able to do it and thank god I did because next day... TESTED POSITIVE FOR COVID. So thank you to my PCP but to Fioralba- DO BETTER. Rude and disrespectful.

They cancel appointments short notice and say that there is nothing they can do. They stack there scheduled so there is no wiggle room for patients to be seen when they need. They say if it urgent then go the the ER. What is the point of a primary care doctor when you can never see them when you need. I'll be looking into a new primary doctor with a different provider. This is just crazy.

So this place was kind of good I guess?…read more The location was pretty easy to find, it's close to Revere's City Hall. It's on a busy street and there's usually parking if you're lucky but it's mostly coin operated parking. The outside of the place looks a little run down so first impressions weren't the best. I called the place up to set up an appointment a few days earlier and the receptionist was pleasant and very helpful/accommodating. She was able to work out my scheduling conflicts and we were able to set up an appointment that met both our criteria. When I walked in, the place had a "small town family owned" type of feel to it which I liked. The two nurses/receptionists were idly talking to the older patients like they've known one another for years which I found to be quite pleasant. The appointment itself was why I gave them 4 stars. I waited 30 minutes only to have a one minute consultation with the doctor which ended up costing me 190$. I mean, I don't mind it so much because I got the paperwork I needed for my job, but I would've liked a little more thorough review of my health that I am quite sure 1 minute didn't cover. Overall this place was pleasant. I liked that the doctor work a suit instead of the usual white coat, made me feel important haha

My overall experience at this medical establishment wasn't satisfactory. The facility was old and…read morenot very clean-looking, the staff was okay and the service took much longer than expected. However, I had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Bock. He was an unusual person in terms of his appearance (he was wearing a business suit and not a medical gown) and was telling me that people don't really need to shower every day and use soap on all body parts. He also stroke me as a very knowledgeable person who is fascinated by the medical field and human biology. My biggest frustration happen when it came to billing. They didn't code my charge properly and as a result my insurance denied the coverage. When I called the center and asked to change the code on my charge - they said they would certainly do it and will call me if any questions come up. However, I received the bill again, with the same charge, and apparently they didn't change the code. My bill is not past due and I am still waiting on a resolution. It was just a regular annual pap test!!!
