We LOVE this AMAZING School - Our daughter went to Pinnacle Montessori of Frisco when she was 22…read moremonths old. The staff and teacher are super nice. The school is cleaned and well organized. My daughter loves the school and the teachers, especially Ms. Fabi, her class teacher. She has blossomed and learned things I didn't even know she knew and she keeps surprising me with new skills and vocabulary. The Director, Asila, she is very nice and she will work with you on anything. We are glad that we found this AMAZING School.

As in any school or establishment individual experience is going to be different, depending upon the teacher in classroom in with your child is placed. I picked my child up today only to hear her screaming at him through the door. I arrived early to pick him up. As I approached the classroom door I heard her yelling at him to go to sleep calling him a baby and telling him he needs to go to the baby room since he won't sleep. My son was crying telling her he didn't want to go to the baby room saying "I'm a big boy". This was not a stern or firm teacher voice, this was screaming and berating my son in front of his classmates during their nap time. My son should not have had to go through that, the other children in the class should not have had to hear that. As a former teacher myself this is NO WAY in which to speak to a child, especially for not napping. This "teacher" does not deserve the title and should not be working with children. Once she came to the door, her tone completely changed, she became extremely soft spoken and sweet. The hypocrisy was ridiculous. I mentioned the experience to the front staff as the director of the school was not there. They apologized.

This school is now deleting bad google reviews... what does that tell you? over 20 families have…read moreleft this year.. The administration is unprofessional, unresponsive, and does not practice what they preach. Administration has driven away many families and staff members. They consistently avoids parents, rarely returns phone calls or emails, and has created an environment where parents are shut out completely. You are not allowed to communicate with teachers directly, not even by email, unless you go through administration. Parents are not allowed into the building, and there are no classroom events or volunteer opportunities. It is clear they do not want parent involvement at all. At one point, it took more than two weeks and multiple attempts before anyone from administration responded to a simple email. Even teachers admitted that communication from leadership is severely lacking. What is most frustrating is the double standard. Students are held to impossibly high expectations and harshly punished for simple mistakes, yet staff and administration are not held accountable for their own failures. The hypocrisy is staggering. As paying customers, parents should be treated with respect and provided with timely, professional communication. Instead, families are ignored and dismissed. Over 20 families left this year alone, which should speak volumes. The owner chooses to look the other way rather than acknowledge these ongoing problems. It is truly unfortunate, because there are a few very sweet and caring teachers at this school, but they too are being driven away. This school is failing its students, families, and staff. Do not waste your time or money here. Now that we have left and experienced other private schools, I felt compelled to share just how unsettling our experience was in hopes of saving other parents from the same frustration.

When specifically asked the day before who was allowed to pick up, I was lied to. Then she had the audacity to kick my children out of school the Sunday right before school starts up. Absolute monster and Karen. Lawsuit incoming. Response to the school: There was no custody "dispute" until you made it one. I am in the middle of the divorce, but the temporary order clearly stated who can pick up the kids and you NEVER checked. Even after I ASKED you, the very next day, an unauthorized person picked up my children. Your comments are complete LIES. You knew what the temporary orders were and FAILED to comply with that. Hence, the incoming lawsuit. Your school policies are a joke. When I asked you about how you implement your policy as well as more understanding about the policies, I was ignored completely over and over. You do a terrible job of trying to convince the parents that you actually know what you're doing, Shannon. It's easy to tell you don't belong there.
