He gave us an estimate, very reasonable. We accepted the water heater experienced we needed. He installed it and cleaned up everything. We have been customers since last year. Initially we subscribed to their club or whatever they call it. The service was always great, and this episode just enhanced our appreciation for their work.

He first checked all of the upstairs drains to make sure there was no leak. He then cut a hole in my ceiling and had me run the water to make sure there were no leaks in the pipes.
