This after I had to show them how to use THIER computer to send a file to print! To compound matters they claim to charge 70p for an A3 print B/W sheet from provided file. And could not provide a price list when asked for... And as for their cartridges. They may be cheaper than branded cartridge but they'll only provide 15-20% prints of a proper cartridge.
