We found this place on yelp with no reviews or no info and gave it a try. I called and spoke to Paty and she is good with English as well. We walked to their address but yelp had 684 but the real address is 634. Paty helped us find it over the phone. I was able to send her the photos through email or WhatsApp and she printed them quickly and great quality! Great price and amazing friendly service. Couple streets off the Malecon but is the only place we found to print photos. Thank you Paty for helping my wife and I.
