Not only it was a huge help that Stephanie is speaking fluent English and I was able to communicate my needs in detail because of that, but she was very patient, professional and understood the process. Monica was also very helpful and helped fold my art cards and also spoke good English. The print machines are right next door, so if you need to tweak things, it is super convenient.
