I'd guesstimate the clothes I brought in weighed between 2-3 pounds. I threw them on the scale and she wrote out a bill for 70 pesos (about $3.75 USD) which I paid for up front. What a deal for a wash, dry and fold! I dropped off around 9am and they were promised by 1pm. When I returned a little after 1pm, they were ready and waiting, professionally packed into a plastic bag. OVERALL: When your vacation gets unexpectedly extended, you really miss your washer & dryer, and these guys were here to save the day. Highly recommended!

I noticed the dryers were all rusty inside and asked her if there were any I shouldn't use. She said "They are all good". Much to my dismay my clothes came out with rust stains. By then a senior employee had arrived, Socorro, who told me that it was grease on my clothes not rust. I asked her for a refund of my coins she refused. I went through all the right channels finally writing a comment card No. 1829 after speaking with various supervisors of the place including Sunset Market's Ernesto Garcia. To date they have not replied to my complaint. The dryer that left the stains was Speed Queen Commercial Dryer 014525, but there were plenty of others that were rusty inside too.
