Printing department customer service was awful. I explained I do not have a way to print and bring my document in. I need to email it to the store and I can come in to pay and place order. They were not helpful, said I had to upload and place order via the website which was not working properly or bring my documents for self service. Went in to print out invitations for a wedding shower and have them cut. It was super convenient that I was able to email the PDF to Office Depot and have them print it but after that was done, they informed me that their cutter was broken and they would not be able to cut them for me. The paper trimmers to the side that are available for public use were also broken. I decided to take them to my work and cut them and realized that half had been printed out crooked. When I took them back to Office Depot, they gladly reprinted them for me but the cutter was broken again and we were sent on our way. Annoyed that we had to make two trips and did not get this taken care of on either trip and I know that they're not gonna look great considering I'm having to cut them myself. read more

Purchased a computer and let them install one year of Microsoft Office. At exactly 1 year to the date, on the same day the software was to expire, the computer failed to boot up and essentially crashed. It wasn't even used 1 day a week. Returned to be told the hardware was corrupted and for another $120 and 10 minutes they would repair the system... then a repurchase of all programs and software for replacement on the computer... an additional charge. Not for me anymore! External source has told me it was lack of knowledge or intentional sabotage and has now repaired the laptop. No more business for Office Depot for me or my company! read more
