I've bought from them and sold to them; I didn't get many issues when buying aside from the general passive attitude that I can't help but wonder if stems from pretentious opinions of certain people who shop there, but the selling process was confusing and not worth it. They need better guidelines for their buy back procedures, because even after shopping there and thinking I knew what to bring in like popular brands, current styles, and no-wear clothing, I got $6 out of my trip and a judgmental return. Won't be going here again.

Apparently many people were appalled and told her this wasn't ok. She wasn't apologetic and said she could do what she wanted on her page. How do I know this? Dozens of the girls on that page screen shot what she wrote and sent it to me. You can read a few of these messages, attached to this review. I've never seen anything like this in my adult life. So I had a company Christmas party to go to and recently gained some weight so I couldn't find anything to wear in my closet. I tried five different stores and nothing fit me or looked good on me. So my I went into Torid. Someone came up to me right away and started a dressing room for me. I tried on about 12 dresses that I thought would look good. They we're beautiful dresses, great quality and style and they didn't make me feel so bad about being a big girl and I am also very tall . I came out of the dressing room I was hot, frustrated, defeated and on the verge of tears right there in the middle of the store. The associate must have sensed my mood. This wonderful human being helped me out by asking me questions and getting to know me. When I was explaining my situation she started plucking apparel from the racks. Before I knew it I had a dressing room full of clothes that all fit me and fit me well. I was dancing in the dressing room when I found the outfit I wanted. Then I looked at the prices. Wow,! Did I mention I am a cheap skate? However, I never do anything for myself, so I chose to go ahead with the purchase. The associate not only gave me a few discounts, but also added a discount for my upcoming birthday. This person completely made my day and eased my suffering. I wish I could have gotten her name. This included a total rebuild of rather intricate interspring, multilayered fabric cover seats. Not a simple task, we had approached others and been advised to abandon the original interspring design... it was too difficult... that was not going to happen. We contacted Dave, he did a complete rebuild of the seats maintaining the integrity of the original design. It was a difficult rebuild, think Dave would have liked to have charged more but kept the cost at his original quote. We're very satisfied, will use Dave in the future and highly recommend him to others.
