Tiffany is a newer employee and is clearly following the example set by Tina, she is also a pleasure to see as she is responsive when coming to that store. Lisa, however, is not. As a manager myself, I can tell you the one thing you do not do is take your own personal frustrations out on the customers. If you don't want to be at work, don't come in. Just based on her behavior I'm surprised the store is still open at all.
