Hello, my name is Janet Taylor. I recently bought my son a Puff Bar vape from this store. You're probably wondering why I'm buying my son a vape, well mind your business, it's to end his cigarette use. And the Lush Ice Puff Bar I bought him DIDNT work. He showed me that as soon as he opened it the blue light never even went on, I'm not sure what that means but apparently it's supposed to have some blue light to show that you are hitting it, I'm not sure this is all new technology and new vaping lingo that I'm not used to, and frankly, that I find rather stupid. I'm not sure if it was a problem with the puff corporation, I'm writing them an email as well, but I just wanted to let this store know that they have issues with some of their product which I find very unsettling! This stuff is supposed to be safe for crying out loud! But other than the vape not working I found the staff to be very friendly and they are also handling the pandemic fiasco very well. read more

I also specially asked for MINT vape juice and the guy pointed me to a $20 bottle and when I got home and tried it, it was pure strawberry. This review is for the Karns location of L7vapors on Oak Ridge Highway. I live right beside there, and my husband and I decided to try it one day since our normal vape shop is in oak ridge and this would be much closer. So we go in to get juice, and ask to try a few of them - and are told that we have to pay a fee for EACH juice that we test. What a terrible business decision! Let people try the juice and maybe they'll buy them! Even besides that though, they are still very overpriced and the employees are very uneducated about the products they sell. I asked for a price on a few different bottles and the boy working there had to scan each one to tell me the price which was slow and annoying. All the prices he gave me were after-tax. So I pick one I want, ask him how much it is, and he tells me the price which I assumed was after tax like ALL THE REST WERE, but of course the one I was going to buy he didn't include the tax so the price was even higher than I was expecting. THAT WAS VERY SHADY AND DISHONEST. The second time I went there, I asked to buy a coil, to which the guy replied that they don't sell individual coils. How hard would it be for you guys to open a 5 pack and sell a single coil? This is the first place I've been to in Knoxville that doesn't sell individual coils and you are going to lose A LOT of business that way....especially from me. Because of my first two visits i will NEVER go back to L7, and I do not expect that location to be in business much longer anyways with how they treat people and with how they don't seem to give a crap about customer satisfaction. All of that to say......go to Secret City Vapor in oak ridge. The guys are very helpful and educated, and are not just trying to rip you off!! They sell 120ml bottles for around $20 and they sell individual coils!!! (like most other vape shops that aren't trying to GOUGE you at every turn!! **hint hint l7** Start caring more about catering to your customers and maybe you won't LOSE them forever after the first two times they come into your store!!!! This happened at the Cumberland ave. location. I went in with my mod and a box of coils, told the associate that the coil in my mod worked and that the box I brought in 3 out of 5 said check atomizer. The coils in my mod were different, but he ensured me that the coils he sold me would work. And since you do not sell singles for me to test I had to spend $21 on a pack of five. Upon getting home, come to find out, they do not work. So I went back and the associate said there was nothing he could do, not even in store credit. So, unless I get some credit I will not be back. read more
