Really nice people working here, very knowledgeable and helpful! An extensive selection of merchandise, priced for affordability! I highly (no pun intended) recommend them! Oh, by the way, be courteous to the guys at the front desk by pulling the door shut (just like your parents taught you to do) so they stay cool and dust free! read more

I've been here three times and brought my dogs with me. They have good deals and I like the lounge a lot and my dogs do too. read more

Off The Charts - Williams Rd - Luna and Bella ready to go to OTC. - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Palm Springs, California

See all

I haven't been back since that day in June when they basically screwed me out of my 25% discount. I tried to shop them online today but kept getting error messages from their app and their website. It wouldn't accept my phone number, even though I do have an account and a password, and when I tried to reset my password I got more error messages. Their app and website are crap. It's too bad, because they are about a mile from my house, but honestly, I would rather take a ride down to Catalyst in Palm Desert where the staff is friendlier, and they have more products and better discounts. The fact that OTCs website and app are garbage in 2025 just makes me like Catalyst more. read more

No handicap parking. No handicap ramp. Boo. Not great to be in a wheelchair and shop here

There's no first time discount, rather it's a preroll for a penny. The preroll normally costs $3. You have to mention it's your first time. The front is covered with signage/posters. I Almost missed it, thinking it was graffitied. There is street parking in the front and more behind the building. When you first walk in you're greeted by security. There's a very dark lounge area to the left. They have couches and a tv playing. They also have some board games to the side, there's rolling trays. They have bongs on display, and product information throughout. The right side is where you actually walk in through another door to purchase. They have a wide selection of things. They did have a lot of gummy brands which is what I always look for. They had Camino, Kanha, and a few others I can't remember. They even had some chocolate chews from Kanha. They had a few deals going on for the month but I couldn't quite figure them out. The bystander was very loud and seemed to be in a rush. I didn't like this experience as much as the other Off the Charts location in Palm Springs. They also have a sign that says no cell phones in the actual store. read more

Bud tender Fine, Kylee, was exceptionally great. Knows product very well and explains all. When you go there, try to seek her out. She is knowledgeable, patient, and very helpful. Did I mention she is extremely nice. read more

I was a first time customer after finding the products I wanted online. When I got to the store, the info online did not match the products in the store. This was 4 different products and the THC content did not match the store product by a significant margin. Left without buying anything and probably will not try again. Too bad because they are pretty close to where I live. The clerk didn't seem to know what was on the website. read more

Sunday morning 2/21/2026 @ 8:15 A.M The So Called Manager this morning that claims there's NO ONE Higher then HER because she runs the place. If you gotta tell me there's no one higher then you that really = you're insecurity screaming for acknowledgement. At best this morning YOU served up good comedy. It's hard take this FEMALE manager serious when it looks like you just literally got out of bed, crust in your eyes, eyelashes as clumpy as you're attitude and this is NOT the first time you come with your attitude and to think you're crying over 5% when we NEVER question the percentage we SHOWED you a txt message. As a manager you FAIL at customer service because YOU are the one who turned this purchase into a DISASTER all because of your attitude on how you deal with the public. YOU CAN NOT BE THE MANAGER YOU CAN NOT BE THE END ALL ... none of you're behavior says experience or owner STOP Your ego got in the way, when I told this "manager" the guy last night never acted like this I was here last night you lost you're cookies.. this EGO driven manager said well I'll fix that you're pathetic and don't deserve the position that's CLEAR. As a manager you never talk/treat about your employees that way you have a lot to learn coming from a manager. read more

Totally Awesome Good experience, nice vibes!!! Best place to stop when headed to the beach.... Thank you for your services... read more

Great selection good prices... like the lounge area. Chill spot. Go & check it out. They have multiple locations

I went in for the first time to this store and specifically told the Bud tender that I needed an INDICA. When I walked out, I noticed the package said Sativa. The Bud-tender's mistake 100%. The manager would not exchange and said it was customers fault for not checking the bag before it was packed (wow) and Kris (assuming short for Kristine) had a nasty attitude as well. Manager needs a class on how to communicate. Bud-tender needs a class on how to read Indica from Sativa before packing the bag. Heavy no on this place. read more

They offer 25% discount first four visits and only honor some of them and suddenly decide they don't want to give them to you. I saved one for a special event thinking could use the discount they GAVE me. To be told no we're not honoring them. Could give no reason why. Pretty shitty marketing and also false advertising. My money can go where they don't use false advertising. read more

I have social anxiety and so I usually just do online orders. I heard great things about this place so u decided since I was near there to just go in. From start to finish it was a very pleasant experience. The man checking me in was friendly and very knowledgeable of the establishment and events happening in the near future. I then was helped by the nicest person named Angel. She was friendly and approachable. She was very knowledgeable about the products and even told me about current deals. I would definitely shop here again based of that interaction alone. Stop on by they have a wonderful staff and great products!! read more

Love this place so much! They have amazing deals all of the time and QUITE the selection of brands. I love their bud tenders! Jackie specifically, is so sweet (and pretty)! She is one of the sweetest bud tenders I ever met, She is super smart and informational and knows about almost every product! I was extremely impressed. I totally recommend this place. When you go ask for her and for their deals, I promise you won't be disappointed! read more

My first time at this location, costumer service was horrible, bud tender didn't honor the first time discount. I wouldn't recommend anyone to come here, there are better options and dispensers out there, don't waste your time. The bud tender was very unprofessional, If she doesn't like her job she could find a different profession. read more

Best selection. Best prices Chill room Easily accessible in Palm Springs Best dispensary in Southern California

I love this dispo. It is our go to, no other dispos compare in the valley !! I really like the deals that they have.

So this place has been my goto - However, yesterday I went (always about once a month) and was told computer system was upgraded and they erased all customer data including reward points. Now, we are not talking tons of money, but imagine walking into your bank and them saying "we have a new computer and deleted your account and money" that is basically what I was told... very casual that my reward points were erased. Not cool. I told two people about my disapointment and was told sorry, nothing we will do. Big picture, not the end of the world, but businesses should value customers data and their reward points which cost alot to earn. read more

Great place nice people good prices always leave with a discount. service is great. they have a lot of selection to choose from.

The ONLY dispensary I'll ever go to. Why? The best selection in the valley, the best deals, great customer service and they have a lounge!! What else could you ask for?! read more

Pretty standard weed shop experience. All the employees are young women in their 20's other than the security guard at the door who does enforce the mask mandate. The music is derogatory. It's awkward to get an employee to help you when you walk in. Someone may say "welcome" but it's hard to tell who said it as everyone is wearing masks and nobody is looking at you. So you slowly approach the counter and keep scanning for eye contact until you finally find an employee who is usually unenthusiastic but it is a weed shop after all. You will pass a couple shops on the way to this one. My advise is to try one of them. Also they are cash only. They have an ATM obviously. So that's the experience. Again nothing great going on here. read more

Super chill place define cool people and hang out with your friends clean and courteous

Horrible customer service. The security guard is amazing but once you walk past those glass doors it's a waste of time. I tried to support them by purchasing their house cannabis strains. Every time I purchase them the flowers are dry beyond belief. Or outdated. I've been sold flower that has clearly been harvested later than the dates they have listed. I've mentioned it to the staff and they've agreed. Tax is not included and their prices and claim to have the best deals in the city clearly just aren't true. They might as well start a shake business and sell that instead read more

Visited today for the first and last time. Our experience was, we felt, as if we'd just been through a Bait-and-Switch scam. We learned of OTC from the back of a Vonn's ad. The 99% off on the first purchase attracted our attention. Drawn to their website, we checked out their menu and were attracted a number of their listed specials. Once in the store, we discovered all of the specials" were all out of stock, on a Friday afternoon.from $4 gummies, to $28 ounces of shake ( they had one of $67 and through their 99% off ((up to $30)) I was able to purchase for $37- nice deal but not nice as the $28 advertised price)to 2 of the 3 advertised roll ups.. The promised free joint wasn't extended, because I was purchasing an ounce of shake so the bud tender couldn't "legally see" gifting me ( the aforementioned) the roll up. They are more out of bounds than off the charts. We have no plans of ever darkening their door sills again. read more

I basically stumbled into this RAD little shop off the beaten path in Palm Springs today. It's tucked away near a few hotels (SONDOR V, Caliente Tropics, ACE Hotel) and very close to amazing crepe (Gabino's) and ice cream (KREEM) shops. In fact, Off the Charts is a bit like a "weed bodega" itself. Led by the manager, Jack, the staff here is awesome. You get Happy Hour pricing of 10%-15% off in the opening and closing hours. You also get a free 1-gram preroll J on your first visit! Off the Charts? Off the CHAIN! My favorite dispensary in Cali. read more
