I haven't been back since that day in June when they basically screwed me out of my 25% discount. I tried to shop them online today but kept getting error messages from their app and their website. It wouldn't accept my phone number, even though I do have an account and a password, and when I tried to reset my password I got more error messages. Their app and website are crap. It's too bad, because they are about a mile from my house, but honestly, I would rather take a ride down to Catalyst in Palm Desert where the staff is friendlier, and they have more products and better discounts. There's no first time discount, rather it's a preroll for a penny. The preroll normally costs $3. You have to mention it's your first time. The front is covered with signage/posters. I Almost missed it, thinking it was graffitied. There is street parking in the front and more behind the building. When you first walk in you're greeted by security. There's a very dark lounge area to the left. They have couches and a tv playing. They also have some board games to the side, there's rolling trays. They have bongs on display, and product information throughout. The right side is where you actually walk in through another door to purchase. They have a wide selection of things. They did have a lot of gummy brands which is what I always look for. They had Camino, Kanha, and a few others I can't remember. They even had some chocolate chews from Kanha. They had a few deals going on for the month but I couldn't quite figure them out. The bystander was very loud and seemed to be in a rush. I didn't like this experience as much as the other Off the Charts location in Palm Springs. They also have a sign that says no cell phones in the actual store. read more

This was 4 different products and the THC content did not match the store product by a significant margin. Left without buying anything and probably will not try again. I went in for the first time to this store and specifically told the Bud tender that I needed an INDICA. When I walked out, I noticed the package said Sativa. The Bud-tender's mistake 100%. The manager would not exchange and said it was customers fault for not checking the bag before it was packed (wow) and Kris (assuming short for Kristine) had a nasty attitude as well. So this place has been my goto - However, yesterday I went (always about once a month) and was told computer system was upgraded and they erased all customer data including reward points. Now, we are not talking tons of money, but imagine walking into your bank and them saying "we have a new computer and deleted your account and money" that is basically what I was told... very casual that my reward points were erased. Not cool. I told two people about my disapointment and was told sorry, nothing we will do. Pretty standard weed shop experience. All the employees are young women in their 20's other than the security guard at the door who does enforce the mask mandate. The music is derogatory. It's awkward to get an employee to help you when you walk in. Someone may say "welcome" but it's hard to tell who said it as everyone is wearing masks and nobody is looking at you. So you slowly approach the counter and keep scanning for eye contact until you finally find an employee who is usually unenthusiastic but it is a weed shop after all. You will pass a couple shops on the way to this one. My advise is to try one of them. Also they are cash only. They have an ATM obviously. So that's the experience. The 99% off on the first purchase attracted our attention. Drawn to their website, we checked out their menu and were attracted a number of their listed specials. Once in the store, we discovered all of the specials" were all out of stock, on a Friday afternoon.from $4 gummies, to $28 ounces of shake ( they had one of $67 and through their 99% off ((up to $30)) I was able to purchase for $37- nice deal but not nice as the $28 advertised price)to 2 of the 3 advertised roll ups.. The promised free joint wasn't extended, because I was purchasing an ounce of shake so the bud tender couldn't "legally see" gifting me ( the aforementioned) the roll up. They are more out of bounds than off the charts. We have no plans of ever darkening their door sills again. read more

Horrible customer service. The security guard is amazing but once you walk past those glass doors it's a waste of time. I tried to support them by purchasing their house cannabis strains.
