The house has all the amenities anyone would want with spacious areas, multiple decks, a dining room to seat all, and is well appointed with supplies, dishes, kitchen items, etc. Throughout our booking and payments, the owner, Travis, and his manager, Gregg, were wonderfully cooperative, informative, and considerate. The house's location was perfect for walks down into town, as well as easy access to the ski trails for hiking. We highly recommend this house for any large gatherings, and we fully intend to return someday for another visit to Park City.

I also enjoyed the area around the townhome. Very peaceful and private great views from the living room loved sitting on couch looking out very large window with fireplace on and of course great glass of wine. Used the private jacuzzi on front deck almost every night very relaxing and super clean. The place was designed very nice just enough personal touches that made me feel at home. It had everything I needed or wanted. Surround sound system, free Wi-Fi, large flat screen T.v's just to mention a few things I enjoyed. No need to pack more then your clothes and a toothbrush. It had everything there to make trip feel like home. I definitely will be back and let my family and friends know about my new found treasure. Also price was great for all that comes with it. The house is in town literally a 2 minute walk to the Town Lift. Please see my trip advisor review of the house. Seriously, talk about Convenient! Patti, the owner of All Park City Rentals, was a joy to work with. I can tell she takes pride in her properties, as there was enormous attention to detail in the house, right down to the wonderful L'Occitane amenities. We didn't know how to use the gas fireplace in the living room (despite an instruction manual), but Patti answered our call, and even offered to swing by to turn on the fireplace. Talk about service. She actually talked us through how to turn it on and so a house call was avoided. If you are looking to rent in Park City, Patti has a number of properties including ski in/ ski out and houses. She is an incredible hostess and really has made us feel like we can have a home away from home. A+++ customer service.

I have stayed with PCL before and chose to return specifically because of the understanding shown last year when I needed to move a reservation due to my father being ill. That experience built trust. What happened this time completely destroyed it. This weekend, standing outside the door of our room, before we had even checked in--my wife and I received a call that our son was in the hospital and he had passed away. In a matter of minutes, our world collapsed. We immediately left for the airport to get home and say goodbye. I called the after-hours office to explain the situation and was told it would be taken care of. When I followed up, the response I received was cold and dismissive. I was told "sorry for your loss," followed immediately by "the owner needs to be paid," and that nothing could be done. There was no willingness to pause, escalate, or meaningfully consider the circumstances just an abrupt end to the conversation. What made this worse was being told by the manager that she had "friends and family who have died and understands." That comment was inappropriate. Losing friends or family members is not the same as losing a child. This is not about the money. It is about principle and basic human decency. We had not checked in. We did not stay a single night. We left because our child died. Treating this as a routine cancellation and responding in this way was shocking Because of how this was handled, I will never return to PCL, nor will I recommend it. I sincerely hope you take a hard look at how situations like this are managed and whether your team is truly empowered to respond with compassion rather than policy-first indifference when it matters most. After I removed this post upon request of the owners and good faith Bait and Switch - I want to share an update after removing my previous reviews, based on direct communication from the General Manager "Heleena" and family owner. At the beginning of this process, Heleena set clear expectations that they would work to accommodate the situation if I reconsidered and removed my reviews. She emphasized multiple times that a negative review would impact their small family business and asked me to take that into consideration while they worked toward a resolution. Trusting that, I updated and removed my reviews across platforms. I was then asked to provide a death certificate--as if validation was needed, which, despite how difficult that was, I provided. After doing all of that and waiting, here is the exact response I received: "Given the extraordinary circumstances surrounding this reservation, I did review the situation with the homeowner. While we are not able to offer a full credit again, we would like to extend a $350 credit toward a future stay with Park City Lodging, valid for the next 12 months." To be clear--this was for a ~$2,000 stay that we never used, as we left immediately after learning our son had passed away and returned back home within hours, AGAIN never staying a single night.. I'm sharing this because what was positioned as a compassionate resolution felt more like a bait and switch. I was asked to remove my reviews by "Heleena" in good faith, only to be presented with this outcome afterward. Maybe its because she is leaving the company she gave this less of a thought.. Others can make their own judgment, but for me, this experience has been incredibly disappointing and shows the character of the company..

I'm not giving it 5…read morestars comparing it to the Ritz Carlton, but based on what it is: ski loding! 1) GREAT location -- walkable to the Town Lift and all Main Street restaurants. There is a bus stop directly outside of the condo complex. 2) Totally find lodging -- it's a little dated on the decoration but the unit I stayed in (129) was remodeled and had fancy glass bowl sinks and did just fine. For 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit--there was a queen bed, 2 twin beds, and 2 sofas (1 pulled out to a bed, I believe). Full kitchen, fully stocked if you wanted to cook. Big dining table and all. It was something like $500/night including all taxes and fees (booked through Sports America) so it wasn't so bad for the value. One downside: if you check in after 10pm, you have to go to Park PEAKS hotel to pick up your keys--IT IS NOT REALLY WALKING DISTANCE. So you have to have your shuttle/taxi stop at the Peaks hotel to get your keys before getting in. They just do the Park Station a favor by working late and distributing the keys; they're not even related. All in all, great place to stay. Nothing fancy, but 5 stars for value, location and just overall a great place.

The comfortable beds and cozy fireplace are just a couple of the things that made this place our favorite. But, I'll tell ya, NONE of those places holds up in a head-to-head with a place like Mountain's Edge. In the end, a place like the Waldorf is a very nice, very professional place... it's the perfect place to stay if you're in town for an IMF meeting or if you need a big suite, along with several rooms for your entourage of secret service agents, because you just happen to be the dictator of a tiny Middle Eastern oil nation. But, if you're in Park City to go skiing and have fun and enjoy the snow with friends and family, you want something a little more convenient and down-to-earth and friendly. Mountain's Edge are 2 condos owned by Rhonda & Terry. They have lovingly maintained the condos and have made them an absolutely amazing place to stay when you're in Park City. You have access to the hot tub, the sauna, the steam room, and all the little amenities and personal touches that you'd never find in a hotel room - they even have Cafe Ibis coffee. (No, joke, Cafe Ibis coffee is "triple certified, organic, fair trade, Smithsonian-certified shade grown "bird-friendly" coffee. How funny is that?) What my wife and I found particularly convenient is the fact that you are literally slope side, at the base of Park City Mountain Ski Resort. You're just steps away from the ticket office, rentals, shops, etc., etc. My wife and I were able to ski-in and ski-out, come back to the condo for lunch, go back and forth when we forgot something we needed - it makes for a really convenient ski trip, as opposed to something akin to a military campaign, i.e., something you have to plan out months in advance for. Look, I have nothing against the 4 Seasons and the Waldorf. Believe me, more than anyone else, I wish I still had access to my old corporate expense account. But, given the choice, I'd choose to stay at Mountain's Edge any day of the week. Something about Rhonda and Terry's personal touches and their attention to us helped to make the entire stay the very, very best.

Location, location, location -- and this unit is in the prime location. 2nd unit from the end and from the sliding glass door, you can see the slopes. A quick walk and you are at the Pay Day lift. (trust me, your kids won't complain about walking to the lift) As a mom of 2 kids (ages 12 & 9), I truly appreciated the condo layout. The 2 kids slept in the loft and even had their own bathroom. Plus, the decor is updated and it was very clean!! We cooked in the unit a few nights and the kitchen is perfectly adequate. Also, the unit is close to the Park City Resort bus stop, so you can easily take it to Main Street for shopping/dinner/etc. I also liked The Cutting Board cafe (in same building as condo) for lunch -- wonderful omelletes. The skiing was amazing for all of us and our different levels. The boys spent most of their time in the bowls and because of the condo location, anyone could come in early. But when you are in Park City, you normally don't want to come in early. The owner went above and beyond with her communication, tips/resources and even got us discounted lift tickets for our stay.
