The On team and the Road Runner teams worked well together and put on a great time to the local running community. Be sure to give them a follow on community events and participate. I asked if I could hold it to see if there's an authentication number or anything that would provide that it is a legitimate authentic designer item. I was then met with the lady, pulling it back and holding it close to her body being told that they don't let people touch the "expensive bags" because they don't want fingerprints on it. It was a wool bag to be clear. I love buying vintage and secondhand because it's sustainable and I usually get my mom a nice bag for her birthday. So it was super excited about this find. But I ended up finding it on another legitimate resale site for much cheaper. I will end this review as saying, I did feel very much profiled by her.

She actually gave me a dirty look as I entered the store with my return. On top of that, she refused to give me a receipt for my return, so I'm still unsure the transaction really went through. If a customer is in your store, the customer should always take precedent over a phone call, return or purchasing. Really poor service and very rude. I don't think I'll ever go back to this location again.

Unacceptable Treatment Toward My Husband…read more I am writing this review on behalf of my husband, who was treated extremely poorly by an employee named Patrick. When the register kept giving an error, my husband suggested moving to another machine. Instead of considering that the register might be malfunctioning, Patrick insisted the issue was my husband's card and spoke to him in a dismissive, unhelpful manner. A short time later, another customer experienced the exact same problem on that same register -- clearly showing the machine was the issue, not my husband's card. To prove it even further, another employee stepped in and rang him up on a different register, and the card went through instantly with no issues at all. There was absolutely no excuse for the way Patrick treated my husband or for refusing to simply try another register. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable and needs to be addressed.

I figured I buy one last pair of boots and go big on a good pair, oh yeah I'm 62 years old. I just hung up with this store and was told that the soles are not under warranty and they can replace the sole for $125.00 New boots that are failing. I paid $349.00 for a pair of these " Iron rangers".
