Best burger that we have had in years and cooked to perfection, especially since it was so thick…read more Wings were also crispy and not burnt, just the way we like them. Excellent service and clean washrooms.

Came here with a friend because she heard their burgers were big and juicy. Did she order a burger?…read moreNegative hahah! We started off with nachos...they weren't bad but they weren't great. The guacamole that came on top didn't taste like guacamole, it tasted sour cream with some other spices added to it. I also ordered the molly sandwich, which can be compared to a chicken club sandwich. It is a huge sandwich that can be shared. Served on a toasted mollete with chicken, BLT, fried onions, a fried egg and cheese. the chicken seemed a bit dry and it probably would have been tastier if they grilled it fresh. the sandwich was good but i probably would not order it again. My friend ordered the wings and also spring rolls. I didn't try them, but the comment on the wings were that they were bit hard to chew on. They were pleasantly surprised with the taste of the spring rolls but felt they could have given 4 pieces instead of 3 for the price. They have certain nights where they hold live music and karaoke. The place itself isn't small, but it isn't big either. There is outdoor seating. Street parking only. Overall, i thought it was just ok. Would i go here on my own? Maybe not, but I would not be opposed to going if a group of friends decided to meet here.

If you want American food come here. Modern Irish restaurant right on the corner of party time and club night!…read more O'Neil's is an awesome Irish pub & restaurant located on a very busy corner serving up flavorful pub-fare food and a great beer selection to boot. There's a lot of excitement going on during the evening as the streets are lined up with clubs and bars in the area and O'Neil's is a central hub between them all. The inside bar area fits smaller groups of 2-5 really well and has a little room in the back for larger groups to sit inside, but for a large group, I would certainly recommend getting seats outside. The food is amazing, with a large selection of burgers and fries to go with, as well as appetizers that are perfect with a glass of Guinness. We ordered mostly appetizers as we were a large group, but each one was perfect in the moment and I think you'll find their tasty options are not limited to their appetizer menu. For being a very popular and busy venue, the service staff were pros, making sure everyone had their orders quickly and made room for all their different items on our tables quickly. I would highly recommend stopping in for a beer and brunch if you're in the area.

I have to get one thing straight here, this is a place designed to tap directly into the wallets of…read moretourists. You won't find many locals here, other than friends of the cafe staff and the odd person nipping in for a coffee. But don't let that put you off it. The coffee here is really, really good, especially if you like it dark and strong, as a medicine for the previous nights debacles. It's decked out in old maritime gear and red terracotta tiling, obviously tapping into the regions fame throughout Spain regarding it's Tuna fishing. As well as the usual array of coffee, there's a fine selection of herbal teas (and my personal favourite, mint tea, made with fresh mint leaves). They also serve great cocktails for the evening, one will normally set you up given the liberal servings of grog that go into them. Food wise, they'll fix you up a sandwich or icecream, but with all the food Conil has to offer (and the 100 sanwiches place opposite!) I'd resist the urge to get a cheap fix and go exploring. So, I mentioned about it being a tourist place, and yes, it does fill up with holidaymakers from all over Spain, and indeed Europe. A lot of Germans, with the odd Brit for good measure. If you spend a lot of time in Conil, you sometimes thirst for some conversation with someone who shares a common cultural background, so the cafe is a good place to find that person. Then, having done that, you can go out together and soak up the more authentic experience that Conil has to offer
