I waited, then I had to reach out--only then did I get a text saying a machine was down and he couldn't make it. I rearranged multiple projects and confirmed he'd be there the next morning. Next day: same situation. No call, no heads up. I reached out again and was told he had an "emergency" job and wouldn't make it. Two missed appointments, zero proactive communication, and I had to chase updates both times. That's a no-call/no-show in my book. If you value your time or need reliability, look elsewhere.
