They're not thieves. I've rented vehicles from this location as well as in Kaiserslautern for the past 5-years - all have treated me well with clean vehicles, exceptional service, warmth and respect as an international guest, coupled with the utmost in professionalism. And they serve you the best complimentary coffee in-town (as you wait). Of course, every one should take dated and time-stamped pics of the vehicle prior to taking possession. Pics don't lie, as it is your word against the company. Walking to this location just off Speyerer Strasse is a breeze. Its about 12-kilometers from the Heidelberg Train Station. (Haupfbahnhof/ Parkplatz). The walk is an experience as the stroll in this great city is priceless.
