I asked Darin for a bid and an estimate of what they planned to do, which he spent extra time talking me though the issues of what needed to be done and why. The day they planned to begin work, Darin called to let me know they were starting and should be done that same day, which I appreciated the heads-up. They were completed later in the day as he estimated. I looked over the work they did - not only did they match the original color and style of the eves-troughs and downspouts, everything they did looked seamless and looked as though it had always been part of the house. We also discussed some other drainage and irrigation work I was doing outside and around the house, which he offered some tips and pointers. All in all, they charged a fair price for quality work, and were professional and courteous.
