Lots and lots of things to like with this brewery located in Missoula! First of all kudos to the staff. There was a lady that was the beertender and I was in a particular vulnerable place with the recent passing of my dad. She wanted to know what I was up to and I said what the primary purpose of my traveling was. She was very sweet and compassionate about the situation and that was very, very much appreciated. Very refreshing to encounter someone so kind. In addition to that this brewery generates some pretty awesome swag. I purchased two shirts while I was here and I will love to go out to other breweries and represent this one and if anh conversations start about over the shirt I will give high praise. There is also an arcade of sorts here at this brewery which definitely added a unique spin to this brewery as I didn't see quite the set up anywhere else. And finally, getting down to the nitty gritty... the beer! Steve and I had the Unholy Night, 2023 version and we simply loved it! It is a barley wine and a very good one at that. This beer was aged in rye whisky barrels and it was nice, strong and boozy! I usually really like barley wine beers and this one was no exception. This place was recommended by another bartender in the city. It was about a mile walk from downtown. This wasn't one of my favorite breweries of the trip, though. Beer was only okay. They had some funky options, which probably helps it live up to its name. Only 2 sounded good, so I got 2 tasters, which was probably good since we'd been at a few other breweries that day. Service was okay - it wasn't unfriendly but also not a place that I felt super welcome. The space was nice and in a warehouse area like a lot of good breweries are. There was a nice view of the mountains as well. I'd give it a 3.5 but rounding up to 4. Nothing spectacular but if you're a brewery person and have a few days in Missoula, worth checking out. read more

This is the best hazy juice in Missoula! Unreal haze for the 5-valleys. No food in the brewery. Pinball machines are for 16 and older, caught us off guard but the kids were entertained by the root beer on tap. Ipas are very impressive, the Kolsch was unique and not quite true to style and the lager was decent. Feel was industrial and clean, with the pinball machines on the side. Lots of space and we weren't the only family inside. They can some beer, buy it at the brewery. Other wise good food store or Worden's. read more

We've driven by here several times going to the post office. It looked so small from the road, until you go inside you don't know how big they actually are plenty of seating in the back at the bar, in the front near the garage door or even a few tables and wine barrels with chairs to sit outside on the walk. Kwndra was our bartender, very welcoming, she introduced herself and gave us information about the beers we ordered. Of course I had the Undiscovered Earths Hazy IPA, which is an award winner for the brewery and hubby got the New Eyes Pair of Eyes - both extremely satisfying, hoppy and smooth. Friday nights they have the food truck Wishbone parked street side, and boy if you are looking for some flavorful dry rubbed wings you must try the lemon pepper dry rub. We are almost always Buffalo wing eaters but branched out and so glad we did. Garlic aoili parmesan fries were superb, creamy sauce drizzle over French fries served with forks in a tray sounds perfect, right?!? We had another round of beers, I tried the Ydens Fermata, it's a collaboration beer with the local cider house in town Western Cider, you can definitely taste the sour apply taste. Lastly, we ordered one more quick snack from the truck, a delicious lightly battered corn dog, they make there own homemade cornmeal batter and source the meat from big timber and let me tell you, the meat was soooooo freaking good. Not a typical dog. Meat was almost hand formed, chunky pieces inside a casing even, and so fresh... now I want another one just typing this up! You must try Odd Pitch, and order a corn dog, music was fun, upbeat and they have a wall of pinball machines. read more

We had just arrived in Missoula and had some time before checking into our Airbnb, so we checked out OddPitch and were so happy we did. We sat at the bar, and the bartender (I've forgotten her name) was so nice and friendly. She helped my boyfriend pick out a few beers for a flight, and I got a small sample of one of the beers. My boyfriend liked all of them and mine was really good as well. We stayed chatting for a bit with the bartender, and she was helpful to give us a ton of suggestions on places to check out during our stay. She also suggested other breweries, which I thought was cool. We appreciated the recommendations and checked out a few of them! read more

Great little spot. Straight forward too: beer, pinball, and people. I can't comment on the beer (I don't drink) but they have a delicious kombucha and root beer on tap. A food truck is often outside. The pinball crowd is friendly and gladly explain anything. read more

My friends and I have been trying out different breweries in Missoula in search of the perfect place for us. I must say that Oddpitch right now is ranked number one! The beer is amazing, the staff are amazing, and the food trucks are amazing! I'm trying hard to find fault with Oddpitch but I can't. It can be a bit noisy at times but name a popular place that isn't. I recommend trying everything they've got. You are likely to find your perfect brew at Oddpitch. I know I found mine! Can't recommend highly enough! Tremendous beer, perfect venue for hanging out with a variety of seating. But what really makes this place special is the people and the sense of humor. You see that personality in the beer names (get ready for a Tommy Boy reference or two) and you see it when you talk to people like Kendra who make it fun and like you're actually welcomed.
