Not only was she fired the day after a close coworker gave her 2 weeks' notice, but that coworker had worked there over a year and was told by management, after she gave her notice, that she didn't need to return; that they would cover her shifts. That sounds like wrongful termination. The first employee asked respectfully for feedback on what they could have improved upon and was given nothing as a response. There should be some standards when dealing with employees.
