The people at this store were apparently nice to her and helped file a claim. But the foul-up of this UPS service is shocking, and equally shocking is that they would not make their incompetence right beyond the standard $100. Limitations of capabilities were the excuse for the product not coming out correctly AFTER it was completed and shipped. We went back and forth for months to make sure it could be done right. No test print or samples were provided once they were aware the colors would be no where close to what they should be. They will not refund for their error nor make it right.
