In this one hour, at least 10 customers visited the UPS office and left the place because the office was closed I had applied for fax service and went to the UPS office two days (Sunday and Monday) but after several attempts in those two days, both times they told me that the recipient's fax machine was down, I called the recipient and they said All fax machines in our office are on and working. The estimate was more than the other local copy shop (Bel-Jean), but since I needed the copy in a rush, I just told them to go ahead and do it. Once I got the copies, they were inexpertly "bound" in the ring binder I'd requested. Several pages were coming loose from the spiral ring, and there were big blank spaces on some pages because, on the original copies, the workers had placed post-it notes they didn't remove before making copies.
