We've had a massive pecan tree branch--rooted in our neighbor's yard--hanging precariously over our…read moreproperty for years. With every heavy rain or winter ice storm, I worried it would finally snap and crash right onto our house and AC condenser. While it offered some nice shade, it also dumped tons of leaves and pecans into the yard every fall, not to mention dealing with pesky webworm nests. It was long overdue to come down. I also needed a second tree trimmed back from the power lines. After finding glowing reviews for Salas Tree Service online, I visited their website and easily booked a free estimate. True to their word, Monica Salas called the next business day to confirm, and Joaquin arrived right at the very beginning of our four-hour arrival window. Their pricing was extremely fair. Having had a front-yard tree completely removed by a different company a few years ago, Salas was right in the ballpark--especially considering this job involved a much larger tree plus an additional trim. On service day, the crew showed up on time and knocked everything out in just a few hours. They shredded and hauled away all the debris, leaving the yard cleaner than it was when they started. From the seamless digital invoicing and payment process to the peace of mind knowing they are fully bonded and insured, the entire experience was top-notch. I highly recommend Salas!

In my view, Small Town Property Revival is your go-to handyman company. They have done several…read moreprojects for me both large and small. The biggest project involved installing new boards on my second-story deck, creating a header and gate to the roof, a gate to the stairs, rebuilding a stairway and landing, and lattice and staining for a finished look. Since the initial install, Small Town has done some repairs and went in to reinforce the deck with more robust 6 X 6, concrete footers, other repairs, and darker stain. Other projects have included scraping and painting in a bathroom, repairing double-hung windows, and installing French doors. They have removed floor tiles, and removed old worn-out furniture from the house as well. All along, Small Town has been fantastic to work with, communicative, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this handyman company.
