The next one we tried was the 75 minute heated vinyasa class at the Truckee Location. The studio is great, well heated, and everything was clean. This class wasn't really what I would describe as vinyasa, though. It was more of a super fast moving bikram-type sequence, combined with sculpting. If you want to get a good workout, enjoy Bikram, and sweat a lot, this is for you. If you want to feel a flow and the gradual build from one pose to another, this is probably not your class.
