They give me reminder texts and calls so I don't miss my appointment. They were quick to send an outstanding bill to collections after they encountered an issue with the online system for my insurance. Rather than troubleshoot the issue with my insurance company they directly sent the bill to collections for me to pay. I spent countless hours trying to get their office to submit my bill to my insurance company. They finally did but there was no reason I should have had to spend so much time getting them to do their job.
