My recent experience with OCD Mobile Detailing was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. I had high hopes when I booked them for a complete car detail, color polish, and ceramic coating , but unfortunately, they failed to meet my expectations. From the start, I was very clear about my requirements, and they assured me that they would do a great job. However, when the technician finished their work, I was left feeling dissatisfied and frustrated. Despite specifically pointing out some light scratches on my car, none of them were properly addressed during the two-step color polish and ceramic coating process. It was disheartening to see that the shallow marks were still visible, and the ceramic coating job was far from satisfactory. Attention to detail seemed lacking throughout the service. The windows had water spots that were not properly removed before applying the ceramic coating, which only made the issue worse. Even the wheels remained dirty, with the technician lazily applying ceramic coating over the dirt instead of cleaning them thoroughly. Adding to my disappointment, they used Owner's Pride for the ceramic coating, which is known to offer a warranty. However, the technician applied it incorrectly, essentially making the warranty useless. I plan to inform the company about this mishap to prevent others from facing a similar situation. To make matters worse, the communication with OCD Mobile Detailing was highly unprofessional and unreliable. I reached out to the owner during the service to express my concerns, and he promised to call me back, but that never happened. Even after the job was completed, my attempts to contact him again were met with silence. Given this unsatisfactory experience and their unprofessional behavior, I cannot recommend OCD Mobile Detailing to others. Incredible work. My truck had about a gallon of sugar water spilled in it by a friend, and he was there within 24 hours and had everything all clean.
