I truly believe that best dj makes a wedding fun and memorable if everyone is out on the dance floor the entire night. His crew kept checking on us if we have any concerns or request for songs to be played- I really appreciate it. We did the bundle with lights, photo booth and dj- it was all worth it. However, I had a TERRIBLE experience with this business today after doing nothing wrong and I feel that I could probably help some fellow brides avoid a similar situation by explaining what happened to me here. I contacted EEG two days ago about renting a drapery backdrop for my wedding in two months. I fully intended on renting from them because they have done events at my venue before, and I am in a hurry. Someone replied to me very quickly and we set up an appointment for today. My last e-mail sent two days ago read: "Perfect! See you then!" This morning, I had a dress-fitting appointment. EEG sent me an e-mail to confirm my afternoon appointment while I was at my dress fitting, so I did not see it. When I got out of my dress fitting appointment, I called EEG to see if it was possible for them to see me early because I was ahead of schedule and close by. The woman on the phone informed me that no, they could not see me early (that's not a problem), and also that my appointment had been cancelled because I had not responded to the confirmation e-mail sent three hours prior. They booked another appointment in place of mine. My mom drove in from out of town to come with me to the appointment. I was very disappointed and when I expressed my disappointment (in other words, I WAS PISSED!), they offered me an evening appointment and proceeded to say "We aren't going to argue with you. Do you want to come in or not?" I said no thank you. This business had no reason to believe that I wouldn't show up to my appointment. My guess is that they got an opportunity to make more money off another client and so they disregarded my business. I am so disgusted and I have never experienced such terrible customer service. I'm sure their linens are beautiful but this business needs to learn that personality is everything when it comes to running a successful business. Very, very disappointed.

I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to have fun memories from any sort of event! Their prices are hard to beat, and they definitely have the highest quality compared to some competitors. For my wedding, I ordered a scrapbook and was able to take it home that night - whereas someone else I know used a competitor and didn't get their album for weeks after. I was so happy to go home after my big day and recap all of the fun photos some guests created! And at my dad's party, I was able to interact with the photobooth attendant more and she was incredibly wonderful! We were able to provide our own props for both events and that was a big deal to me. Also, I received a DVD of all of our photos within one week from both events, which was timely and professional. Do not hesitate, book Rock the Booth!

I have used their photobooths at two of my own events and witnessed the glory of MammothBooth! at a ton of other events as well! MammothBooth! knows how to party and they have so much experience with how to best integrate their product into your party. I have worked with Bre, Bill, and Meg and they are all so delightful to work with and you can feel how passionate they are about the business and the products they offer, along with their dedication to making your event as great as can be! They take care of you from the very beginning of the process to the end and support you fully within every step along the way and that is truly incredible! So many people have come up to ask me about the photobooth during and after my events because they're visually striking and just a very unique style of photobooth and a perfect addition to any event you have - big or small! My events have had thousands of people at it, I know they do trade shows that bring in even larger crowds, they also do weddings, engagement parties, store openings, bachelorette parties, etc. The list goes on and on and they have and can recommend a type of photobooth to you at any and every size event you have! I couldn't recommend MammothBooth! more - the product, the customer service, and the pricing are all incredibly reasonable! They also offer gorgeous and unique backdrops and props if you're interested in those for your events as well. First of all, the guys who run it are young, very personable, and know their stuff. Now, I have to admit, I know both of them but believe me, if they stunk, I wouldn't take the time to write anything and just smile and nod and be on my way. I write enough reviews that I can remain unbiased, regardless of existing friendships. Now, getting away from my disclaimer, the booth isn't your traditional small, stuffy, box that you have to contort your body to fit into. You don't get a strip of tiny pics that shoot out of a hole and when you look at them you finally discover you're not even in half of them. It's some cool backdrops (like at a movie premier) that you stand in front of to get your pic taken. This means you can pack in as many people as you'd like, which makes it more fun. And the fact that you hold the controls, and can preview your pics right away, guarantees you'll find a few shapshots you like. MammothBooth really has reinvented the photo booth experience and everybody I saw getting their pics done was having a ton of laughs and creating awesome memories. I know I did. Book them for your next event!

We met with him to go over the events of the party and instantly you can tell his passion for what he does. We got the listing of music we wanted to hear for the party to him and within 48 hours he had it all downloaded and a sample file sent to us to review. If we needed to make any changes to the music list he was so quick to change it and send us a new file. He further impressed us with his professionalism when we asked him to do a mix for a Mom/Daughter dance we wanted to do and he put the songs we requested together and when we needed a few parts of the mix tweaked the final copy was perfect. During the party Tony kept the music playing and made all the announcements for the evening we requested, and when it came time for our special dance he even provided the lighting we needed to make the dance perfect. Why hire a DJ when you can get a super-talented one-man-band!?!…read more You had better believe it - Rick C. definitely ROCKS! My husband and I had seen Rick perform at 336 Main in Plymouth a few years back and decided we wanted to hire him when we got married. Wow - were we not disappointed! If you think he sounds good in a noisy bar - just wait until you hear him in a quieter space...an outdoor wedding reception tent perhaps? Amazing! Like I said before - this guy is definitely super, super talented and really knows how to work a crowd. Rick was the life of our reception and made the entire evening a smash success. Nothing phased him - from singing the last part of our first dance together a capella due to a popcorn machine temporarily blowing a fuse -to- masterfully taking requests from the crowd (including knowing how to handle requests from young girls asking for him to play Justin Bieber songs) -to- playing multiple instruments at one time and even dancing a final dance with our guests. We'd hire him in a heartbeat for any future event...and our friends and family can't stop talking about him. He was even so masterful with his mixing that some people thought he never took a break the entire night. Thanks so much Rick - you're pretty darn awesome :) BTW...we've also heard good things about Rick's band - Ultraviolet - if you're looking to spend a little more money and hire a full band to really impress your guests. Our event only had around 100 people so we decided the band might have been a little too overpowering for our venue.
