After continuing to call and follow up myself finally someone was sent to measure for a tent. Never heard back again... kept calling and saying we didn't have a contract and hadn't heard from anyone. The tent manager on the phone (again after we called him!) then said they didn't have the tent FOUR DAYS BEFORE OUR EVENT! The tent manager Tim was extremely rude and zero apologies when we asked why they couldn't just let us know so we could make other arrangements. Instead tried to blame me that we waited till the last minute to book so it's our fault. 2 months prior is not last minute. SAVE YOUR EVENT AND DO NOT USE THEM.
