Not only was the photo booth itself a huge success, but the level of service and care they provided truly set them apart. From the moment guests arrived, Linda and Eddie were at the entrance greeting everyone and directing them to the photo booth so they could capture their fresh looks right away. It created such a fun and welcoming experience from the very beginning of the event. They brought an amazing variety of props that both the teens and adults absolutely loved. And then came the surprise upgrade... they upgraded our quinceañera to their handcrafted vintage red oak wooden booth -- EEEEEEK! It was BEAUTIFUL and matched the elegance of the event perfectly. Linda went above and beyond by customizing the colors to fit our theme and even created a personalized slideshow video featuring Alyssa's quinceañera photoshoot and stunning dress. It made everything feel so personal and special. What impressed me even more was their professionalism. When they arrived, they realized the original setup location wouldn't work for the space they needed. Instead of stressing me out or interrupting me during the event, they handled everything themselves and found a new location that worked out perfectly. That alone speaks volumes. Linda also helped me organize the perfect timeframe for the photo booth based on my itinerary, which made the entire flow of the evening seamless.
