I completely understand and agree with the 30-day return policy for items you simply don't like. That is not the issue here. I purchased a scale at this location on October 10, 2025. It worked for about three months and then stopped working. I brought it back on January 16, with the receipt, only to be told by the manager that I was outside the 30-day window and therefore "too bad," I now had to deal with the manufacturer. This was disappointing. In my experience, when a store sells a product that turns out to be defective, the store handles the exchange or refund and then deals with the manufacturer themselves. Apparently, that is not how this location operates. What makes this more frustrating is that other 24 Hour Fitness locations handle this differently, which suggests this is not a consistent policy issue but a location-specific one. I appreciate Zach's help in at least finding an email address, since there was no phone number available for the manufacturer. Bottom line: if you buy retail items here, be aware that if something breaks after 30 days, you may be on your own -- even as a paying member. -- Vero

The manager--who is 27 came across as extremely unprepared and unprofessional the entire time. The interview had no structure, included awkward comments, and halfway through I was genuinely thinking, "Where did I end up?" It almost felt like a joke. To be clear, I'm not bitter about not getting the job; I actually called afterward to withdraw my candidacy myself, trying to be professional. I was told they'd call me back, but instead they said they were "in a meeting" and never followed up, which says a lot. Walking around the facility didn't help either. The restrooms were pretty disgusting. The floor a mess. After reading other reviews, I'm not surprised they're so negative. From my experience, this place seems very poorly managed, especially with someone so inexperienced in charge. Definitely not somewhere I'd want to be associated with.

Safe to say this has been one of best experiences at a gym I've ever had. Commercial or private. This place is clean and has some great equipment. When you first walk in the front desk always makes you feel welcomed. Each one of them is incredible. The sales people remember names and actually help you reach your goals. They keep up with my fitness journey which is next level kindness. The fitness staff is great (they handle the personal training. Their fitness manager, Luka, has some amazing trainers who are all so kind and helpful. (One time i asked a trainer a question on the gym floor and they helped out no issue!) The men's sauna has been broken for 2 weeks now give or take . As they blame "holidays and people braking it - waiting on parts"- we still have the problem of it not being fixed for all the other members. It's a pain in the ass not being able to hit the sauna as you're pushing yourself and it's on your list of things to do. PLEASE remember blaming the problem on things never solves it. Please get this fixed and I'll happily recommend the gym to friends and family. This gym profits enough to solve the issue at hand.

A flexible workout, a smaller space, with just enough help and support from a trainer. 9Round is a welcoming space, and provides for a great workout- and since the workout is different everyday, you'll never get bored. There is always a trainer there to guide you, and they have some truly fine folks doing so; in particular, Kara- she was there for my first trial workout, and without her I wouldn't have stayed. She is always supportive, loving, and happy to be of service to those stepping into the gym. And she is there almost every morning. I super appreciate Max and Jeff too, however, Kara takes the gold.
