I have been training with mike for over a year now and he has really changed my life. I have struggled with my weight and ability to stick with my workout routines for a few years now, After this last year I have achieved many goals that I wanted and I am going to achieve even more with EQ Crossfit. About 4 months I decided to try Crossfit. I called a few gyms in the area and EQ was the quickest to get back with me. I was able to try the gym out and I have loved it ever since. The community is so friendly and encouraging. There is space for my kids to come with me and hang out while I workout which is great for the days when they aren't in school. There are many different class times available to accommodate my ever-changing schedule as a mom. The daily workouts have really improved my fitness. The coaches have really helped me set goals and work intentionally and specifically with me to reach the goals we set in place. Don't know how else to put it, but EQ Cross Fit has breathed new life into me that I have been longing after for the longest time now. Before I joined EQ Cross Fit 2 months ago I was getting soft and I'm not used to being soft. Mike has made working out fun again and I can't thank him enough. I have been training with Mike almost a year and a half. He has gained my trust through being attentive to my knee injury while pushing me enough to grow. Great Crossfit box with great trainers. I had Mike as a trainer before he started his gym. He is very motivating and cares a lot about his clients. I have really enjoyed the programming and the people I get to spend my time with there. Training for my first Spartan Beast. I have always had to stop at the burpee pit any time I have attempted the rope climb. On my first visit Manny had me up that rope in no time at all...no more burpee pit for this girl!! Great new gym in town. The training is amazing and the equipment is well kept. Seem to get more personal training than you do at most crossfit gyms. Members are nice and very accommodating to new-bees and drop ins. Come by and check it out. read more
