The rails on our porch were put together with none galvanized nails and now the rails are slowly slipping out of their positions because the nails used to hold them are rotting. The rails on the back of the house has completely separated from the steps and I believe it was due to shoddy construction. Homes costs a lot of money and I don't believe that at the 7 year mark these issues should be presenting themselves. I also take issue with the fixtures they used in the home. The heat pump was a low end brand that has given me nothing but trouble and one HVAC tech suggested I may have Chinese drywall which is causing The problems but I haven't found proof. The toilets in the house don't flush properly; they are low water consumption but they never quit running. I researched the brand and sure enough, another low end brand. The piping on some of the drains have already had to be changed out as well. I do not recommend using them as a builder.
