Managing a landlord investor relationship is much more than finding a tenant, collecting the rent and doing a few inspections. When I select a PM for my investment properties I want to know that the manager has an understanding of gearing, finance, yields, ROI, building compliance, depreciation, insurance and all the things needed to help build and maximise my portfolio. It's refreshing to see the PM team at O'Brien's Carrum Downs taking the time to understand the investor needs!!
