I had been looking for a 220 dehumidifier and air cleaner, to no avail. All the stores I *thought* would carry such items only had humidifiers and floor fans, neither which fit the bill. I had pretty much given up and was going to order them off Amazon when I missed an exit and saw this store. I pulled in on a whim totally expecting to be disappointed again. They had one option for a dehumidifier and two options for air cleaners - YAY!!! They were a little pricey but I prefer to support local than by from Amazon if possible so I took one of each and was on my way. The four stars is because I couldn't figure out how to use my VAT form. The information desk said to take it to Customer Service but I couldn't find such a location. I went back to ask again and the initial person was gone - the person trying to help me didn't speak English, so I was out of luck. I was in a rush at that point as I didn't expect to stop at the store, so I left. My fault I didn't understand the VAT and don't speak German but between the two and the already someone pricy items I took off a star. This is a US version of Lowes basically. The store is laid out well and able to find pretty much any home improvement item you needed. I needed to make a temporary metal fence for my dogs and it worked out well to locate all the parts. read more
