This company has a terrible after sales service. I ordered a kitchen tent from them. It arrived in good time, however prior to taking it on holiday I thought I would do a dry run at setting it up. Unfortunately the zipper had bad alignment so I contacted them for a replacement. This is where it all went pear shaped. They told me they would arrange a collection on a particular day, but could not give me any time or contact details. So I had to take the day off and wait around. The collect failed and the carrier had no details of it. I contacted them with the same response, so had to take another day off. The same story, another wasted and costly day off. It is now the third time I have been let down and wasted a day off at my cost, but being told if it doesn't turn up today it will be tomorrow. So I've now lost nearly a weeks work for a £200 item. I would have been better scrapping it as it has cost me in lost wages far more than that. Each response has been so matter of fact. I've since found countless reviews with similar stories. Please, please do not use this company. Do not have my experience. Also I have requested on every email for contact details of the manager. I assume they don't have one and the way they operate it would not surprise me. The contacts I have dealt with Bas and Monique. They are both as bad as each other and the responses are no different.
