Haven't been here in a while, last appointment I had was scheduled with Dr morning. Staff called me to remind me of appointment, I checked in and after sitting in the exam room another Dr arrived. When I suggested she went into a wrong room she stated, Dr morning left a year ago to work in the hospital. I was annoyed to say the least being staff had ample of time to inform me so I can make the decision to keep my yearly appointment or cancel. Either way , I will not return back since the level of attentiveness is not the same with this Dr compared to Dr Morning. read more

Dr. Casico and her staff are wonderful. I have been going to Dr. Casico for the last 12 years. My daughter is also a patient of the practice. My daughter has had two deliveries through this practice, and received excellent care. I was having issues with my bones, and was referred by Dr. Casico to another doctor. The other specialist was able to figure out my issues, and I was on the road to recovery. Dr. Casico, and her nurse, Betty, have been wonderful. I have also seen the nurse practitioner, and received great care. The office is very clean, and I never have to wait for my appointments. Dr. Casico is very personable, and caring. I was referred by a friend to come here because she also prefers an all women's ob/gyn practice. It's not really flashy and the office is not new but i think the real gem here are the physicians. The physicians at this practice are Drs. Cascio and Morning are great! They're transparent and friendly while listening to you but giving their sound advice as well. There are also nurse practitioners here and midwives but i've only met one of them and that is Camie. She's also very nice and candid. For pregnancies they will delivery only at Winter Park Memorial Hospital right now. No plans on including Florida Hospital South if you are wondering. The nurses here are nice and their front staff gets the job done. I've had some issues with insurance being billed wrong but that could go either way and its being resolved now. With that being said, everyone should look over their Explanation of Bill whenever they get one in the mail instead of throwing it away even though its not a real "bill". read more

They schedule another appointment saying it will be with the doctor i requested, days later they call me saying they need to confirm with the Dr i didn't like. They said the couldn't give another one, so i told them that i wouldn't be going to the appointment, year later i call to make an appointment with Dr Evelin specifically because i want HER! She has great reviews! They call me back days later to told me i need to pay 120 dollar's because i DIDN'T SHOW UP TO THE APPOINTMENT FROM 2022 that i clearly remember canceling because they didn't gave the doctor i requested. I don't have the money first of all! And second why a year later I'm getting to know about the bill? For an appointment i did cancel... You know it's really sad that I have to write this review right now. I have been a patient of OB/GYN care group since I was 18. And I have wondered to myself.... What are people talking about when they give these terrible reviews? Why does the office not have a higher review rating? I will tell you right now that the staff at this office will drive you insane. I have to make appointments and reschedule appointments constantly with providers I'm not asking to see. If they do not get a hold of you, they will change the provider that you requested to see even after you've waited months to see them. If you miss an appointment because they have changed the provider on you and the date then guess what? You will pay no show fees of some kind for not showing up. Have I missed appointments before? Yes I am human! I am sure in 17 years I have missed one or two. Cause life happens. But I have been a good client for almost 17 years of my life. I have referred friends, family members, and random strangers to this office to see doctors like Dr. Casio and Dr. morning.she delivered 3 of my 4 kids! All I asked for was to see Dr. Casio over the last two years. The only response I get is that I should probably book with their other providers because she's so busy. She was my doctor and then suddenly she wasn't. Dr. morning is great and I appreciate her, but I have been wanting a second opinion for a condition I have, I just wanted to get Dr Casio's take because she originally diagnosed me. You will never get a call back From scheduling anymore! EVER. That's just the way it is here. One person told me that the apt was set for today from the beginning. But when I called scheduling they said it was MODIFIED! Duh! I wrote down the appt and have had it on my fridge since June! The receptionist said she called and confirmed it. I am sorry but NO you did not. YES YOU CALLED BUT YOU DID NOT CONFIRM IT. I missed the call and one of your staff members even said it showed that there was no confirmation made because voicemail not set up. That Is Because I got a new phone and haven't done that yet! Such an amazing care group. Dr Svetlana Cassio was recommended to me by a friend who is her patient as well. From the first moment I was pleasantly surprised with such a professional care team, treated great, all my questions and concerns were answered. I'd like to say thank you million times to doctor Cassio and her nurse Oksana. The team who really cares for you and doing their best to get you in as soon as possible and to help. Very detailed, they don't miss a single detail regarding your health. I really appreciate that and will 1000% recommend that care group. As per insurance questions, everything was covered under my plan, I had a very little copay fees about $5 per visit. I have asked all billing questions before an appointment and it was explained to me absolutely accurate, no hiding fees or charges. The best of the best! read more

I tend to be very thoughtful and opt not to post a review on company when it will be rated poorly, in consideration of the nuisances of individuals, misunderstandings, bad days, etc; however, I feel compelled to make known my experience in hopes that the company and environment may be improved. Although I had fairly great experiences with the doctors, particularly Doctor Morning, I found that some of the nurses would be annoyed when I would ask questions to understand or for clarification. There were instances where the NP would recommend one thing and the doctor would recommend the complete opposite leaving me to try and figure out which advice to follow because again questions and clarification were not welcomed. When I asked to speak with the doctors for clarification after a "mistake" was made on the NP part, ultimately causing me sickness, I was told I would not be allowed to speak with a provider. I also found that the NP at times seemed to be present physically but not mentally and would forget important details in my care. While it is understood that mistakes are made, it is not okay for mistakes to continue to be made especially for issues that you are told could be serious or causes sickness for the patient. It is also not okay not welcome questions for clarification especially after procedures are missed and it causes a ripple effect of issues for the patient. Although not all, but enough staff members lack bedside manners and simple care. That small amount of people can make it feel like the patient is a number and a dollar sign. That is exactly how I felt and feel and it is never a good feeling. I have also had issues getting a refund for overpayment as well as my medical records release to another provider although their medical release form has been completed and signed. I would not recommend this place in its current state with the current support staff. The mental anguish is not worth it especially during pregnancy! read more

Awful staff! Management, please, fire out Catherine. She is very rude every time when I call the office. I just asked about my referrals, which she was supposed to send me a week ago, but I didn't receive anything. I called again and asked again, and she answered me that's my problem if I didn't receive anything and didn't want to listen to me. Does she know that calling their office took about 10-15 minutes every time? Because they love to put me on hold. Is it too hard for them to make one click and send it by email? And one more thing is that she always overcharging me. After the doctor's visit, I check my insurance and I paid much more than I was supposed to several times. Ok, I'm figuring it out with their billing department. Anyway, I want to say it's always a problem to go there. I don't want to be treated like this, I'm paying a lot of money for every visit. I have a bad experience and missed pregnancy with them. I don't blame them completely, but they didn't take my situation seriously. Very relaxed personal. Highly highly recommend! After not going to an Ob/Gyn for years, I was having a few post menopausal issues. I came here and met with Camie Carson, CMN, ARNP. She was WONDERFUL! She put me at ease right away, shared the hows and whys of my exam, and made everything as painless as possible. I was scared and she did everything humanly possible to make my situation better. She even personally called me a few days later to share my test results, which showed I was healthy!! If possible, I would give a zero star review! I initially began seeing Sandy Williamson over 5 years ago and was satisfied with her care. However, Sandy retired last year. So, I made an appointment with nurse practitioner, Camie Carson for my yearly well woman care visit. Although I was expecting the same level of care I had received over the many years I had been with this practice, what I received instead was a rude, condescending and arrogant attitude from Camie Carson. During my visit, she questioned me about past surgical procedures and medical history that she said were "messed up" in my chart and acted like this was somehow my fault. She berated me with questions for over 25 minutes, while I sat nearly naked, draped in nothing but a thin paper gown. At one point, she was joking and sarcastic while accusing me of not having a procedure simply because she didn't understand the circumstances of the procedure. I was made to feel like a defendant on trial for a crime I didn't commit. Not only was this highly unprofessional and insulting, but it was also a testament to her ignorance on the subject. It is apparent that she has little to no knowledge of recent studies and protocols on women's health and no willingness to treat her patients as unique individuals. Even though I was there for a routine yearly well woman exam, she spent little to no time on an actual physical examination. One week later, I received an email that I was being billed an additional charge for an extended office visit. Coupled with her lack of professionalism, arrogant attitude and unwillingness to address the individual needs of her patients, I would NOT recommend Camie Carson. read more

Having moved from out of state I had no clue where to start in finding a care provider for myself and my future child (I am expecting, due January 21st 2014). With a little snooping around online I found OBGYN care group and thought it would be a suitable clinic for me to begin my care in Florida. Having already seen doctors in Minnesota I knew I was ready for my chromosomal screening, so I scheduled an appointment. I was pleasantly surprised when they were able to squeeze me in just two days from my call! I arrived at the clinic twenty minutes early as directed in order to fill out necessary paperwork to begin my care with them. The appointment began as expected, I was asked to give a sample of my urine. Going in to the bathroom I was a little surprised to see other patients samples, no lid, sitting out by where you wash your hands. Skeptical I placed my sample as directed alongside others. A little unsanitary for my taste as not having a legitimate lab center on site threw me off guard, but I knew I couldn't be too picky as this was a smaller clinic than the one I was used to. I was taken in to the back room where I was weighed, my blood pressure was taken, and my height was written down. A few short seconds later the nurse looks at me and asks me, "So... what do you want to do here today?" Excitedly I respond, "I'm here for some blood work to begin my first trimester screening!" The nurse replies, "Um... Well, we can't do that today. Did you have some questions you need answered? We can schedule another appointment for your screening." I was puzzled. When I scheduled the appointment on the phone I was told I needed to come in right away as some of the testing needed to be done before I reached 12 weeks, however the nurse told me that I needed to schedule the ultrasound with the blood work- and they only did ultrasounds on two specified days of the week (of course, not the day I was there). I felt like my drive there was a waste of time, gas, and money. "Why was I told to come in then, if I am unable to do the screening as that is what I asked to schedule?" The nurse said she needed to talk to the doctor. After waiting twenty minutes to speak with the doctor, she in turn told me the same thing and that I needed to schedule another appointment. I was upset at the lack of communication between the clerk who scheduled the appointment and the doctor, but I grabbed my belongings and walked up to schedule the next appointment anyway. Getting to the exit I was asked to fill out some paperwork to get files from my previous doctor in Minnesota. The nurse I spoke to on the way out was so rude, incompetent, and unhelpful that as I was in the process of filling out the paperwork I just opted not to finish it, grab my stuff, and find a different clinic. I would never suggest this clinic to anyone who has respect for their time or money as this clinic was a waste of both. read more

"Women caring for women" is a total joke when it comes to this place. Setting up my initial appointment was fairly easy, I'll give them that. Then it was all down hill from there. The first nurse I saw wasn't even wearing her mask properly, that should have been my cue to get out of there. My appointment was set up with the nurse practitioner Sandy Williamson. I was just there for my yearly pap exam. She started off telling me I was over weight. I figured ok she's a doctor guess she just has to tell me that. Then she tells me I should get on "weight watchers that it will prevent me from over eating and eating poorly". I find it funny how she just assumed I'm over weight from either of those things, being this is the first time I'm meeting her. She checked my thyroid and informed me that one side was larger and this could be why I have trouble losing weight. I never even mentioned anything about my weight, so why she was so concerned with it is beyond me. After that she performs my exam. I have a double cervix and uterus and all my prior OB's have preformed two paps. She ask me if that's what she should do. All I could think is you're the doctor why am I telling you? I asked about the birth control implant and the first side affect she brings up is that I could gain 5-10 pounds. At this point I'm ready to leave. A week goes by and the tell me I need to come in for my results. I didn't want to go back and my schedule didn't align up with Mrs. Williamson's so I asked to see another doctor and the office staff refused. They said I had to finish with the doctor I started with. So I sucked it up and made an appointment. I looked up my results on quest so when I went there and they asked me to pay my $50.00 copay I asked them if it was necessary since I already seen my results. The girl at the desk said she didn't know and that she wanted to see me. I spent more time in the lobby than I did in the patient room. All Mrs. Williamson did was tell me things I've already read on google. She could have told me on the phone but clearly these people are all about billing your insurance and hitting you for your copay. It's despicable to charge someone in distress. They no longer will have my business. I found a new doctor not even an hour after leaving and feeling taken advantage of. read more

This is in response to your reply on my Google review. I did tell your office twice that the address was incorrect when you google Dr Morning's name. When your office called me back with my second contact to your office with an email on your website, I asked who I was speaking to and wrote down her name. You can ask the person who responded to my email why she didn't give me her correct name. I don't want or expect "a one size fits all" approach to medical care; that is why I tried to ask your office 4 times on why a routine appointment was required for a mammogram script when I was seen by your office last year with no issues. I then looked up from reliable sources the recommendations for pap smears & mammograms. read more

We had very bad experience with office manager . We started as self pay and sit down with her twice to confirm what insurance they will accept after we got insurance she informed us that if u start self pay u have to stay that way although they take insurance it is only limited numbers of people and they have to discuss that and they ll cal us back . Week later no call and we moved our records to another Dr I do. It want to repeat Complains about charging global and regular pay . Dr. Cassio is good doctor but I wish manger would be nicer , and every time we did self pay next visit we own them more money! We wish Sveta Cassio was working in the different office! This is one of the worst OB GYN's I have ever been to. I went to them for a specific issue I was having with my cervix. I went to them a total of six times in one year to get this issue looked at and solved. I saw TWO different Doctors during this time (one was Dr. Svetlana), and a Nurse Practitioner. One of the other Doctors told me "Abnormal bleeding can be normal for some people." Which is not true for me considering I told them I had no abnormal bleeding for 26 years, and then all of a sudden it was like a gun shot wound. Clearly, not normal. Additionally, with going to them for a year... six times... they were not able to help me at all. Other than doing exams and sending cultures out that kept coming back normal. Finally my government healthcare kicked in and I went to the VA and they were able to diagnose me after ONE APPOINTMENT. Obviously they took a biopsy and sent it to the lab to confirm. However, the point is that ONE VISIT WITH GOVERNMENT HEALTHCARE (typically known to be way worse than civilian) and they were able to help me... but SIX APTS with this practice and I got NOWHERE. #thanksfornothing #wastingmymoney read more

Svetlana Cascio is the outstanding specialist , I don t have enough words to express how thankful I am for her exceptional level of care and love towards her patients)) She is the only doctor whom I would trust any pregnant lady , looking for the best experience during monthly visits and the safest and best delivery To start my review I want to say that two out of three of my kids were delivered with doctor Cascio, my first one was born in Europe and I had not the best care there, lot of concerns, some complications and zero trust to my next doctor. Thanks god I was referred to her by tons of my clients and friends( I am hairstylist) and she was a miracle for me from the first meeting. Not only she did the best with all my health conditions , concerns , requests an millions of questions she also pampered me with best care and small things that melt my heart)) My third delivery was high chance of ending up with c section but Svetlana is so experienced she was able to end it up without surgery!! I have to say that dr Evelin is so sweet and nice too and my choice of this place was because I knew that doesn't matter whose shift I will catch in the hospital I will be delivering with the most caring doctors ))) All nurses are very nice, facility is super clean, if you book your appointment please do it in advance , as they are pretty busy . I cannot say enough good things about OB/GYN Care Group. We came to Orlando 6 months pregnant. They treated us like part of the family. Like an old friend. The DRs are amazing. When it came time for delivery, we were met at the hospital by our DR. After a bit of time, it became apparent we had to have A C-Section. The Dr was amazing. My son was born with no issues. Amazing Drs and an amazing group. Can't say enough to good about them! read more

I was recommended to see Dr Cascio by a relative. Although Dr Cascio was great dealing with the nursing staff there was just horrible. I have given them my birthday 3 times and they still have it wrong, they also have no idea how to take blood pressure and keep telling me i have high blood pressure. i had it checked several times by other doctors shortly after that appointment and my blood pressure was never high. They also have no idea how to submit to the insurance company and keep trying to tell me that my insurance company doesn't have any record of me. I called my insurance company and everything is fine, it is the doctors office that has been submitting incorrect information so they have been denying it...all due to still not getting my birthday right. i then moved out of state and went to request my records to be transferred to my new doctor. I have filled out the paper work 3 times, spoken to 3 different people and my records have still not been sent. It has been a month and i have had to reschedule my appointment with my new doctor because my records are still not there. I would definitely not recommend the OBGYN Care Group read more

Absolutely the WORST staff I have ever deal with. My experience with this office staff was AWFUL! I have NEVER experienced this kind of treatment from any doctors office in my life. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME with this office! They are NOT patient care friendly, they are RUDE and UNWILLING TO WORK with you. They only care about MONEY and not the patient's well being. It's almost IMPOSSIBLE to reach them by phone, cause they keep putting you on hold and after 3-4 times they just transfer you to voicemail and NEVER reach you back! For what it's worth, I've had amazing experience with the doctor Cascio (since I've been her exciting patient) but the receptionists, especially Amanda are terrible with simple things as receiving FAXES. Just keep ignoring documents that were sent them and making you to run all the lab works/tests or ultrasounds over again. Nurses also promise to contact you back and don't do that! Do not come to this practice! They are super rude and have 0 professional ethics. I made my last payment by mailing a check after i moved to another city. That check was not withdrawn so i called OB/GYN Care Group later ask if they have received it. I been notified that check was never received and was suggested by OB/GYN Care Group to stop that check and make another payment. I also asked if there is any deadline after which I will be charged a late fee. I been told none. I received another bill on later that they are charging me a NSF fee of $45 dollars (with no bill or any thing) with my check image attached! I call them for at least 6 times, waited on the phone for at least 30 min before their practice manager Tracy Williams picked up. She did not admit anything she said before. I been treated super unprofessionally and she hanged up the phone on me. After that they just keep adding late fee to my account forcing me to pay. read more

I would recommend Dr. Cassio, I thought she was an excellent doctor. BUT I would not recommend going to the office, the staff are uninformed, do not return phone calls. The office manager, Tracy Williams, is the MOST rude person I have ever spoke with. I had a billing for a visit, I left numerous messages for the "billing dept" which is Tracy Williams, she never returned any of my calls to take my payment. Then I receive a notice from a collection company. I contacted the doctor's office regarding the notice and had to leave a message for Tracy Williams. And of course she does not return the call. I have never had to work so hard to pay a bill. I went into the office and had to speak with Tracy who explained also the higher amount due was a cost to ME for sending billings. No billings would have to had been sent if she had actually returned my phone calls in May 2017. Then I receive a letter in the mail signed by Tracy advising me I can no longer see Dr. Cassio and she would send my records to another doctor. I did request copies of my records for myself which I had to pay $1 per page including two pages that had nothing but the office address. I also had to pay a credit card fee for the $11. A business should not take credit cards if they are not willing to incur credit card processing fees - this is the cost of doing business! In addition, I asked two times for the doctor to call me. I am not sure if she gets the messages but I never received calls back. Again, too bad ad Dr Cassio was an excellent doctor but the staff and especially the office manager, Tracy Williams makes this an office to stay away from. read more

At my age (50 yrs young) I have been in a few different practices, ENT, Family, Cardiologist etc and everyone here is very personable, respectful and professional. BEWARE!! I have been going to this group for over ten years. Recently went in to have my second IUD removed and an new one put in. I was shocked to find out that this had to be done in 2 visits, when in the past it was done all in one visit. I questioned the appointment lady who informed me that is the way the insurance does it. After going in for my removal I decided to call my insurance company to ask them why this has to be done in two visits. Guess what I discovered. Cigna DOES NOT require them to do this in two visits, it can be done in ONE. The Cigna representative even double checked because she was shocked that Dr. Cascio and Dr. Morningstar were doing this. I have taken off 6 hours off from work in two days for a procedure that could have been done in one. All the while Dr's office has now collected two co-pays from me and billed Cigna for two procedures that could have been done in one visit. FRAUD!!!! A complaint for fraud was filled with Cigna. So disgusted by their dishonesty. I am now looking for an honest gynecologist group. read more

The staff is nice but they are all negligent. They failed to diagnose a obvious birth defect on my baby. Not only that they refuse to let you come in their office until your 8weeks along, not even for a blood test! Being a very happy and satisfied patient of ObGyn Care Group for 6 years and having 2 children with them speaks for itself. I love the small practice feel, you're not shuffled around between several providers you only meet once through your pregnancy. I had a bit of a struggle getting pregnant for a second time but with Dr. Cascio's knowledge and efforts, we had SUCCESS! One of our children was delivered by Dr. Cascio and the other by Dr. Morning and even though at the time of my second delivery, I had only met Dr. Morning twice (she was new to the practice) she was incredible, personable and compassionate. We can not brag enough about our experience and the providers. Keep up the great work OB GYN CARE GROUP! read more

I wouldn't recommend this OBGYN office to any one. The staff is rude and they talked to my husband and I as if we could not comprehend and or retain any information that was given to us. Every time I went to a visit (only been there three times) they would say "Oh you have Tricare (Our insurance) they pay good". We thought that was pretty irrelevant. I was having complications with my pregnancy whiched caused me to go to the er And later being admitted to the hospital. I called the office to schedule up a follow up an they told me it was not needed. Later that week I showed up to sign a document to release my medical records and the receptionist was giving us a hard time and asking us why we were switching OBGYns. We finally signed the papers and went on our way. I'm now seeing a new OBGYN that is a lot closer to us and since I've been seeing the new Ob I was informed that my pregnancy is high risk and have been caught up on all my blood work etc since obgyn care group didn't want me to start blood work till I was 25 weeks pregnant. ObgynCare group is just money hungry facility and very rude. They really don't pay attention and get really snippy if you ask several questions regarding your pregnancy. read more
