She is constantly booked, so if you are looking for an appointment with her specifically, call WAY in advance. She takes a lot of time with each patient, making sure they have all of their questions answered(sometimes I come in with a whole list!) She was the doctor who recommended CRM and Dr. Loy to us for IVF. A year later, we are 10 weeks pregnant! The office: They have several offices, but the one I am reviewing is the Winter Park location. It has ample parking and an elevator to the 2nd floor where the physicians offices are located. They have 4-5 people working reception so you never have to wait long. Their waiting room is large and spacious- they have a water machine with cups available as well as magazines. Scheduling: This is the only reason I can't give this 5 stars. Dr availability is NOT the issue either, I expect good doctors to be booked :) The issue is if you are having an ultrasound or another lab the front desk can't book you-- you have to wait for a call from a scheduler. I am a very organized person and always bring my planner with me to appointments(yes, I'm old school but I LOVE my Erin Condren planner!), so I'd like to take care of scheduling same day. Other than that this office is fantastic! I definitely recommend!

Anything that might seem irregular is taken seriously and not ruled out until a team of specialists provide feedback. Prevention and early detection of diseases or serious conditions are a priority. I've had the doctors call me directly on a few occasions to ensure I received results or other important information, as well as to follow up on my well-being after a procedure. From the time before my pregnancy to years later when I delivered my son and 11 years since, there has always been a team there ready to take care of any situation, as in my emergency C-section to female conditions that were eventually ruled benign. Various treatments are offered with the latest technology to alleviate any pain or other problematic symptoms. I especially appreciate the kind and understanding professionalism of Dr. Ashley Hill and Dr. Jill Johnson. Additionally, I suggest you get all of your tests and screenings done with their practice and adjacent radiology office, as opposed to a general practitioner and other office. Sometimes the results cannot be trusted from certain offices that do not even stay in business very long. This is also one of the only medical practices where you won't have to wait too long during your appointment. They are highly organized with the front staff, nurses and everyone and the departments between them.

Check in process was great and the staff is friendly. The doctor seemed nice but of course they need information from my old doctor. I think I may just have to see a specialist after what she advised which makes sense. The exam was very quick. It's always uncomfortable.... everyone just expects you to know what's going on. She just stuck some things in me and kept it moving, asked if I had concerns.. I mean Im here to find out if I should have any lol but either way it was just really awkward-kinda the norm. I think because I'm overly caring and compassionate towards people I just expect people in a practice like that to be that way too. Not sure if I'll be back. Still looking around and would love some recommendations if anyone has!! FYI this was for a yearly exam-gyno appointment.

Check in process was very easy I was able to check in the day before to make it simple for today visit so just had to provide my id insurance card and take a photo. I waited about 20 mins before they called me back (I did arrive 30 mins prior to my appointment as well) Even though they had my records they had me go through the entire questioning not sure if the lady was new or if she couldn't pull up my records. I dislike that they did it out in the open vs in a closed area. After 20 mins of questioning and going through everything I was finally able to sit in the room. That was a quick process. The doctor came in to speak with me got to know me a bit more which I loved her name was Doctor Jones. Overall my appointment took about 2 hours got there a bit before 10am left at 12:23 from the moment I walked in . Not sure if this is typical. Check out is a smooth procedure as well.

I had to beg to get my growing breast lump examined because it was the second concern I listed. Dr. Jones seemed nice enough but the labs she ordered did not apply to my examination or problem. The receptionist took pictures of my personal documents, ID and insurance card, on her personal cellphone. She confirmed it was her personal cellphone twice, loudly, in front of the people in the waiting room. Despite being booked over a month out I was not asked to keep a uro journal until the end of the 3 hours. That was the only form of treatment offered. From a personal standpoint her receptionist was extremely rude and her nurse, though sweet, could not keep track of anything she asked me or asked me to do. I will never go back and I will warn every person looking for a gynecologist to stay as far away from this practice as possible. To add insult to injury I was sent a text from Dr. Jones' office about my experience. I selected No when asked if I was satisfied and was taken to a page to send the office a message. I went back and selected Yes and was asked to write a review for her page. THIS IS THE ONLY REASON DR. JONES HAS HIGH RATINGS.

This is my second child, so I'm aware of certain timelines when it comes to scans and this woman told me that it was OK to get my NT scan done after 13 weeks (which it's not.) She told me the doctor OK'd it (Johnson) and that there was nothing she could do appointment wise. Of course during the scan, the tech could not get an accurate read and then proceeded to blame me for scheduling my appointment late. Thankfully in all this, I had already gotten my NIPT so I felt a sense of relief. I want to say for those women who maybe can't afford a NIPT and are solely relying on your NT scan, I would run from this office. The incompetence and lack of accountability from their staff can result in serious life changing consequences. This would have been my case if I did not get my NIPT. Additionally some woman in the waiting room was telling me about her story with one of the doctors and told me that a life threatening issue happened during her c section and that she was running from this place. The only reason she was there was because she needed to pick up her records cause they refused to give them to her any other way than picking them up. I of course don't know if this is true but she overheard me talking to my husband when I was freaking out about the timing of the exam, and tried to calm me down because she felt the same way about the office. In my opinion, the amount of malpractice cases they are hiding is probably astronomical. I will never return and this is my advice to you all considering this place, think twice, do your research.

Due to this my wife had to have another procedure after giving birth to twins...he had severe back pain, was leaking spinal fluid and was have headache so debilitating she couldn't even get up to use the restroom. None of this is related to giving birth... all of it was related to the epidural and due to the incompetence of anesthesiologist. The only good doctor we experienced was the one who delivered our twins. She kept checking in with us, communicated a plan with us and was very positive. We were there for 5 days and only saw a doctor when we requested one about 2 hours before you were discharged. no one can answer our questions... The nurse has tried their best, but weren't getting much answers from the doctors above them. Again, shout out to the delivery unit, nursing staff, lead nurses, charge nurses and entire nicu staff. Two doctors showed up rather quickly. My grand daughter made her entrance into the world! The nurses were fantastic, patient, and spent a lot of time explaining what was going on with my daughter's labor. The hospital is clean and well maintained. Food was just okay.
