Waited six months for a doctor appointment after my NP said my questions needed a physician. I show up, and they tell me it was canceled -- with zero notice. No voicemail, no portal message, nothing. They claimed they called once (during work hours when I can't answer) and never tried again. No apology, no accountability. Completely disrespectful of patients' time. They stated their "policy" is to call one time. No matter if you answer. Unless you want to be the victim of horrible, unfair "policies" I would recommend finding a different practice. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! The clinic was friendly enough but they now have a policy of having CREDIT CARD on file. I pay my bill on time, every time and yet this is still a mandate for me. This is a practice that is becoming more normal in healthcare and it's not good. This changes the debt from Medical debt to Personal debt. You have NO FEDERAL PROTECTION from this debt that is given to you for this very reason. If insurance gives you a hard time, or if the clinic overcharges you they have no liability. I did not feel heard or cared for regarding my concerns by the doctor Nicole Myers. I left feeling very confused and frustrated because she told me she didn't see "anything concerning" in my tests, yet agreed that the symptoms I'm experiencing are not normal and that I indeed had a ruptured ovarian cyst. I told her I'm still feeling pain and tenderness over a month later. She said "I just had" my transvaginal ultrasound when it was near the beginning of March and I indicated that I'm still feeling uncomfortable symptoms so that's why it makes sense to do another exam. She did not give validation or respect to my personal decision to refrain from synthetic hormones, and she made it seem like that was the only option that worked - even though that is treating the symptoms, not the main cause. She did not provide me with assuring advice about alternatives to hormones/birth control pills, and she did not respond directly to my questions about how we can find the main cause of my symptoms, just about treating my symptoms. Other than the birth control pills, she gave me "advice" like I hadn't ever heard it before - about getting enough sleep, eating "right," taking ibuprofen, and using a heating pad for menstrual cramps - I paid a $70 co-pay just to be told that? Anyone could tell me that. In addition, she suggested asking my psychiatrist about upping my antidepressant medication only during my luteal phase to help manage the PMDD/mood swing/physical fatigue symptoms I've been experiencing - which is not possible, as that's not a medication you do not constantly go up and down with on the dosage - it's a lot for my body, and I'm just now adjusting to 20mg after about two months. There was apparently a miscommunication about my physical exam that I expected to receive at the appointment, and I never told the nurse that I denied an exam, so I don't know where they heard that. After learning at the receptionist desk that the next possible date for an ultrasound was at the end of this month...I sat in the waiting room and got seen again by the nurse and doctor for a physical exam. I appreciate the nurse helping with getting me an ultrasound date sooner with a different provider, that I'm hoping is more helpful and respectful. I want insightful answers, respect, and clarity when I talk to a doctor about what I'm experiencing, not just a suggestion to put a band-aid on it - that's not treating the cause or caring for my well-being or natural cycle health. I would not like to see Dr. Myers as a patient again. read more

I went to OB-GYN Associates for a Saline Infused Sonography (SIS). The staff were excellent but my experience with Dr. Zhang was traumatizing. During the SIS, she was experiencing difficulties getting the catheter in properly, which was causing a lot of pain. I told her maybe we should stop and just end with the ultrasound results we already had. Instead, she said she was going to clamp my cervix. Before I could even process that, she did it and it was excruciating. She then quickly completed the rest of the exam. I was in substantial pain for days afterward with significant bleeding. I had a similar procedure done a few months prior (catheter and all) by a different doctor and experienced zero pain and only very minor spotting the same day. Dr. Zhang may be knowledgeable but her hands-on care lacks sensitivity and consent. It took me three months to feel relatively normal again and I am still working through a lingering side effect. read more

I have been here from my last two babies, and on a normal day I get really great service and really great help. I will admit that there were a couple of times between those two pregnancies that sometimes people had off days and maybe showed it a little more than they meant to. I'm pretty sure no one has ever not had an off day. I know I have. I've also had the same OB for all three of my pregnancies and Dr. Piehl is phenomenal! ^_^ I know for sure, that if I were to ever get pregnant again, this is exactly where I would be. The nurses are great and listen but don't go here for their advertised menopause symptom/treatment. Nurse said to tell the doctor and he would have recommendations- I got a glazed look from the doctor and zero suggestions or help. Sort of that "why are you telling me" look. Was told to just keep up my diet that I'm already on, and it should help in time. I honestly feel like there is something wrong with me if the doctor doesn't even want to listen or help when they advertise in this area. read more

Emily at reception was extremely rude to my wife and i when we came in for our check up. I am five months pregnant and was feeling nautious. She rolled her eyes at me when i asked her for some juice or crackers. I am shocked at the fact that a horrible person like this works in a clinic dealing with people who are ttc, expecting ad coming for regular care. do not recommend! read more

I transferred here my first pregnancy when I was in second trimester. They got me in right away and were even able to work around my schedule. The nurses are kind and understanding. There are also a lot of OB-GYN's to choose from (all different kinds of personalities to fit your needs). They recommended for me to give birth at St. Luke's Birth Center and that was the best decision I could have made! I am on my second pregnancy now and will be continuing care at OB-GYN Associates. read more

This group practice has gotten way too huge. While most of the doctors and nurses are just fine (and some beyond fantastic), that positive experience is overshadowed by having to deal with very rude "front line" employees. If possible, look elsewhere for more personalized care. It's out there. read more

so... the actual service of the doctors is decent. I actually loved Dr. Zhang.... but I give them 1 star because I had my baby there and I had a $3,000 deductible. And because I didn't get them paid off RIGHT AWAY they dropped me as a patient. Mind you I have been paying $250 per month... which I think sufficiently shows that I'm paying my debts. And I understand if they wouldn't see me until my debt was paid... but they said that they would and I quote "NEVER see me again" because of my debt.... I mean really? My insurance was paid at that point for the rest of the year. They could easily have gained hundreds to thousands more from my insurance if they would have just let me keep going there. Their loss I guess... but just want others to beware. If you end up with ANY type of debt there... and even if you are paying on it... they will boot you! read more

The doctors here are good, but everything else is very substandard. They have grown too big, too fast. The focus seems to be on getting more and more patients, rather than taking the time to provide better personalized care to patients that are already there. I am in the middle of a treatment program started here, hence am staying, but once this treatment regimen is done, I am not coming back here for annual physicals or anything else. Be prepared for really long waits for everything: waiting to talk to a human on the phone, waiting at appointments, waiting for calls about lab results, waiting for nurse to return your calls! Wait, wait and more wait everywhere and for everything. Waste of time and they are more expensive ( overall charges) for everything than other practices in the area. read more
