Charming until once you have paid and will assure you they can do any…read moreadjustments etc. Afterwards it was a different story and they didn't deliver on the adjustments, was not what I had requested at all and done very badly. Plus originally I had been told the dress could be taken in, once it arrived I was told it couldn't. Loved my dress despite this as managd to get adjustments done elsewhere (additional time and cost) but really brides, save yourself some stress and only get a dress from here if you are completely happy with it as it is.
