Friendly, caring, helpful, and kind are all words I would use for everyone at this location. It's a very different experience from any other location I've been to. Oh and I want to talk about Greg's review. Greg, I'm talking to you Greg. You do realize that the Square point of sales system offers the ability to leave tips for any sale correct? They don't actually have any control over that and Square empowers small businesses to have cutting edge point of sales systems they normally wouldn't be able to afford. If you don't like how that is set up. Talk to Jack Dorsey. Yes, that Jack Dorsey, he owns and invented Square. What I would say to everyone else, is to disregard Greg's review. He's an entitled man Karen. I've been vaping since before vape shops were even a thing in the United States. I call the guys that run the Electronic Cigarette Convention in California friends for the better part of a decade. I've been into hundreds of vape shops in that time and this location has the most thoughtful and professional staff of any vape shop I've been in during my 15+ years of vaping (To give. you a time frame, when I started, Circuit City was still in business). The team at this location deserves tips, bonuses, and raises and i'll have words with anyone that says otherwise without hesitation.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EVER. I'm not sure where these other reviews are coming from. Most likely they…read morewere written by this establishment's employees and their friends, because this is by far THE WORST VAPE STORE I have ever happened across. The employees are awful. The girl couldn't explain anything properly, nor did she set up my newly purchased equipment properly. She actually ruined about $100 worth of stuff for me in total. She straight up lied to my face about the products I purchased. But that's not all! Their juice is garbage. Their prices are on the high end. Their products are garbage and they won't tell you the truth about them. Their employees apparently either have no idea what they are doing, or they are just trying to make excuses for why the other employees don't know what they are doing, or why they forgot to do this, and that, and this, and oh yeah this... I also found out they have a NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES policy on RDA's and Mods(the only things you would actually want it for and just another thing on the long list of things they conveniently don't tell you at the time of sale) even when it's one of their own employees' fault that your product is broken. Don't waste your time, money, or energy at this awful establishment. They cannot be trusted.

Willing to spend good money an a good pipe but the store has nothing for me. Does she even know that we've been in looking for half and full bents? Lots of small-bowled shorties and straight stems but I don't like them. Sorry but the selection was just lacking every time. I have found another cigar/pipe/tobacco shop in Albuquerque with a greater selection and I've bought cigars, pipes and tobacco there; and they have a huge humidor for cigar lovers.
