My partner and I couldn't be happier with Valley Landscaping!…read more We had them lay sod, and install concrete curbing and rock at our first house. We were blown away by the amazing work and professionalism from Brett and his team. We had an amazing looking yard the whole time we lived in that house!! In fact, we were so impressed with their work we had them do our yard in our new house!! We had them do hydro-seed in our yard, install edging, rock, five trees and many, many more additional plants. Once again, Brett and his team delivered!! Whenever friends ask for a landscaping recommendation I will ALWAYS say Valley Landscaping.

FOLLOW UP ON THEIR WORK! We were Johnson's customers for…read moreyears with no issue until recently. After receiving our bill and noticing a discrepancy on the documented time of fertilizer spraying, I watched our security cameras and was shocked to see the lawn technician drove up to our house, sat in his truck for 35 minutes and then just left a bill on our door and left WITHOUT ACTUALLY DOING ANY WORK / SPRAYING THE YARD. I contacted Johnson's immediately the next day and spoke to the lawn manager. He never apologized but instead told me he would check with the technician and see if he sprayed because he wouldn't want it done twice. I assured him it was not sprayed and offered to send the camera footage from all 3 cameras. He said he would call me back regarding the issue. (again, never apologized for what I consider to be theft as they are charging for a service never completed) The next day my camera notified me of activity and I see the same technician from the day before was at my house spraying. Not only was I never notified of the spraying, but being as the same person was there I assume there was no disciplinary action taken. It makes me wonder how many times this could have happened before. Over a week later we have still not received a call back or any communication at all regarding the issue or the respray so we just canceled our service and will go elsewhere. The way this was handled was terrible and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
