This is a cute little boutique hotel, great location very nice owner, but the window was leaking heavily and the room did smell moldy this window and this leak should be repaired. The 2nd problem is the shower shockEd my husband twice when he turned it on and adjusted the water, I chose not to shower there and get shocked. My husband informed the owner of these issues and he didn't even reply. I would suggest that anyone with health issues not stay in this hotel, with the mold and being shocked when you turn on the water, this is unacceptable.

What a hidden gem! Literally had a last minute 2 day trip to Fort Lauderdale and had to quickly find a reasonably priced hotel, flight and rental. Normally when I plan a trip here I like to stay at the Hyatt Centric but that crap adds up. I love Los Olas and being close to the beach but not the beach traffic. Oasis was such a freaking perfect little "oasis" no puns intended and will be my new location to lay my head. Literally this cute little apartment, quick check-in, guy walked me to the door. I was so pleasantly surprised and Yelp has never failed me bc our community of Yelpers are always truthful and thorough in writing reviews. I was torn between Oasis and the Wyndham but their reviews weren't the best. Also Oasis I can park my own car and there's no stupid $10-$30 a day to park my own car which is crazy to me. Kitchen, Microwave, coffee maker, iron, frig like what the hell man and the price was right. Starbucks 10 second walk, Walgreens 30 second walk, Los Olas easy walk or a quick drive or Uber. Beach quick drive like Oasis is a perfect spot. Oh yeah Clean, Clean and quiet lol. If you're on the fence and you've made it this far, just book I promise you won't be disappointed. Oh yeah, grab a fresh cup of Joe and sit out in the garden area. Started my morning that way twice, caught up on some work emails and took in the sun, quiet, sights and then indulged in what Fort Lauderdale gives. There is a Dropbox for early flighters which was very convient.

Very nice, clean, quiet oasis in the middle of the city. Friendly staff. The garden area was a special touch. Great place to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The room was well-equipped and nicely decorated. This place deserves high marks.

I needed a room for one night, that was reasonably priced and close to the airport. I booked the Oasis off of Expedia and off I went! The hotel is a small little thing; it looks like an old apartment complex turned into a hotel. It's cute. It's quaint, and it's close to the main road which means two things: it can be noisy and it's close to things. The guy at check in was nice. The office was open from 8-8. I'm not sure what you do if you get there after. He gave me the wifi password and walked me to the room. The room was simple: queen bed, chair, desk, bathroom and a small closet. Everything was clean, but it was a small space. In the back of the hotel is a sitting area, no pool, but a place to relax none the less. If you're only here a night or two and need a basic place then this is absolutely where you need to be. No luxuries, but a clean place to rest your head for sure.

This place is a great budget hotel. Rooms are a bit on the smaller size but the place is clean, basic, and has free wifi. Also there isn't a 24h front desk like some bigger places, so if you going to check out early but want them to hold your luggage, timing is something to consider. My only complaint is there aren't more outlets. I found one near the bed for my phone but had to unplug the microwave for my laptop.

This hotel is a complete hidden gem. It's kind of in a funny area and if you walk around right by the hotel it's not that nice but the hotel itself is beautiful and convenient. The hotel is about 10 min from Port Everglades and about 10 or 15 min from the Fort Lauderdale airport. The hotel is small but it's so cute. You can't really see much of the hotel from the outside but after you check in and go beyond the brown wooden fence you can see the beautiful flowers and tropical vegetation. They have lanterns on some of the trees and motion sensor lights in front of all of the rooms for when you come back at night and it's a little dark. In the back, there is a nice open area which benches, chairs and picnic tables where you can smoke, hang out or even pet the very friendly house cat. The managers name is Nelson and when we checked in he walked us right to our room. We only stayed one night because we were going on a cruise but I am excited to have found this place because it's not far from the beach you can just drive or grab a lift the 5 min ride to the beach. I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed here one night for business and it was perfectly fine! Had easy parking, everything was clean, bathroom shower did have a few moldy spots haha. Right across the street from a Starbucks. A little bit of a busy road so I'd bring a noise machine!

Late arrival instructions

Although this location is very beautiful & secluded, I am extremely disappointed. I booked this location for July 3rd-6th after reading their good reviews on Booking.com. I knew that their front desk wasn't 24hrs, so I requested a late check-in which was granted. I received the email with instructions 5 days prior to arrival with my room number on it, I even called the location midday prior to my flight to confirm that everything was set. I was supposed to have a lockbox on my assigned room door for me to access the room key upon arrival but when I got to the hotel, there was NO LOCK BOX! I called and texted their operator number (which they instructed me to do if I had any concerns) all night, left voice messages, sent emails and no one responded. To make matters worse, they had already charged me for my entire stay, so it made it difficult for me to attempt to stay somewhere else! As a result, I had to sleep outside in their patio area. I'm writing this at 8am and I have been here since 12:30am. I still have to wait until 9am just to receive assistance. I'm totally dissatisfied with the service. I traveled too far to away from home (on the 4th of July) to be treated like this!

We arrived around 9 am after our cruise, and our assigned upgraded room (suite) was not ready. The front desk receptionist, Dominique, was most helpful and gave us 5 star service in looking for a room with a balcony that was available for us. She found one and upgraded us to an ocean front. It was truly the BEST ocean front room we have ever had in Ft Lauderdale and Miami. I would have loved to stay longer just to enjoy the view more. We had a mini-suite, versus the regular suite which would not have had the balcony. Room 1715. Big shower, comfortable sitting chair, large balcony with cushioned chairs and table, Lavazza coffee, ironing board. We were so close, we could hear the ocean waves. Pool was fine. Hot tub. By the pool were cushioned lounge chairs and umbrellas, but some of the cushions were flat. A pool attendant said new cushions were on order for next year, so it would be better. A shout-out to the pool attendant who dragged over a different chair with a cushion that had some cushion left in it for me. She was genuinely nice. There was also a separate section of chairs facing a wall closer to the bathroom, so if it was crowded, you would still be able to get a chair but not with a cushion. I liked the fitted towel covers they put over the chairs. It was chilly and windy when we were there, so I asked for an extra chair cover to use as a blanket. Periodically, the attendants came by with chilled water, frozen fruit. The pool-side service was excellent. Different servers may come by asking if you need anything or to pick up your dishes, since they work as a team. The hamburger and fries was delicious ($35). Chicken tenders were pretty good. The alcohol drinks were $20. I liked the non-alcoholic mango daiquiri. ' I highly recommend making reservations at Takata, Japanese restaurant at the hotel. It got packed later and everything was absolutely delicious - one of the best dinners in Ft Lauderdale we have had in over 20 years. It is also open for breakfast. I had the avocado toast which was okay. Down the street in the shopping center is a CVS. We have stayed in a number of Ft Lauderdale hotels over the years for a cruise. The outstanding service from Dominique at the front desk to the pool attendants and servers, the Takata server all were phenomenal. The room was incredible and we appreciated the generous supply of Lavazza coffee and microwave. We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Conrad, and it will be at the top of our list next time we are in Ft Lauderdale.

The yellow water coming from the faucet was especially concerning and looked very strange. After checking into our room, we waited 40 minutes for our luggage to be delivered. In the end, we had to go downstairs and get it ourselves. The pool is extremely small, overcrowded with children, and closes at 6 PM, which honestly makes no sense for a resort-style hotel -- I've never experienced that anywhere else. The valet parking is also extremely overpriced. Overall, this hotel is absolutely not worth the money they charge.

We had an intercostal balcony room that was spacious & perfect, and seems to have been updated within the last few years. The stocked mini fridge was a letdown bc it was broken & maintenance couldn't fix it so they brought in another, which was great but took up space. The service from Rodney on the pool deck was wonderful, he was so professional & still went out of his way to make our days great. The burger was delicious but a little too undercooked for Joey. We loved the hot tubs! Because there was a huge F1 conference (sold-out hotel but everyone working), the pool deck was empty so that was lovely :) All in all, it was a great stay -- a few minor details & quite pricey but we really enjoyed our time!

It's also situated right on the boardwalk so you can easily take a nice walk in the morning, grab a quick scoop of ice cream (like 10 spots to choose from), shop for souvenirs or shirts and grab a quick diner. This made our stay super convenient because everything we needed was there! Most of the restaurants on the boardwalk are more fast casual with lots of Italian options. This worked well for our family because 2/3 of us are vegetarian. We did find a really nice upscale restaurant called GG's waterfront and it was only a two block walk from our hotel so not Ubers were needed. This made our trip to be honest. We love high end restaurants with fresh/quality food and this check every box. It's also situated for the most incredible sunset. So make sure you go. As for food the rest of the trip - for breakfast we just grabbed a Sammy from the coffee shop inside the hotel and they had some good options. Breakfast Sammie's, burritos (pre made but they warm them), fruit bowls, yogurt bowls, you name it. Then for lunch we always ate at the pool an really looked forward to it. This friend shrimp was outta this world and it's served with honey mustard which was so yummy. Prolly some of the best fried shrimp I've ever eaten at a pool. The we always got the cedar salad which was refreshing and we all split it. The only thing I wish they had more of was a nice guac - I'm talking with nice additions and super fresh / tasty. Then for diner we ate at the resort two nights - once on the upper desk restaurant overlooking the love music so we could hear it but not be in the action. The weekend nights are a little rowdy for our daughter. We were able to watch some sports on the outdoor tvs, listen to live music, watch the FlowRider and eat. The food was not great to be honest but the ambiance was incredible. Then one night we ate at the steakhouse at the property. Service was weird just felt awkward lol. But the food was good. The deviled eggs were top notch and some of the deserts. For drinks we always grabbed a South Sode gin drink from the coffee shop. If you like gin then it's a must. And at the pool our daughter lived on strawberry daiquiris (virgin) and we drank 1 pina colada (so much sugar) a day and then switched to mojitos (less sugar). We loved all the pool servers but they could prolly double the service at the pool bc people were kind of always waiting. Cabanas - we got a cabanas two of the days and it was incredible. It includes credit towards food and if you get one with a working tv you can watch tv. The NCAA tournaments were on so we got the cabanas two of the days we wanted access to the to each the games. It was also nice to have space and shade to relax. Treat yourself once day and grab one. FlowRider - WTF this was so cool! We're new to this and it was so fun for older kids. Our daughter was (8) did it two days and loved it. The instructors are so kind and helpful to those trying to learn. One of the trainers is in the top ten of all FlowRiders in the US. I did see some adults doing it but with a bad back we didn't want to risk it. The rooms were nice and cozy. We had one king and then ordered a pull away for our daughter. We do wish that they had more rooms with additional beds for the kids. Even the suites didn't include more beds. We prefer two kings, or king and a pull out and last resort would be two queens. I think they could def make the rooms better suitable for families. Construction - this was the only frustrating part to the end of our vacation. The last two days ( during spring break ) they were door construction right by the main pool and it was so loud that one of the days we had to leave the pool. Just seems like a really weird time to do construction The other negative was the main pool didn't have entertainment any of the days we were there (Saturday (night) - Thursday). It would have been nice to have some trivia, live music, or something. Also, for anyone else wondering if Margaritaville is child friendly it certainly is. They have a dedicated pool for kids with a small water slide, waterfall and activities. However, our daughter didn't want to hang out in the "baby pool" so we stayed at the main pool which had older kids and some other smaller kids. I'd say a majority of the people at the main pool were older kids and adults. Overall we would certainly come back to this hotel as we really enjoyed our stay!

Worst customer service experience I have had with a hotel/resort reservation…read more I made an honest mistake when booking my room and realized the issue before my stay. I contacted Margaritaville a full week before the reservation, but they refused to refund the room charge or work with me in any reasonable way. What makes it worse is that they are keeping my money for the room even though there is still time for them to rebook it to another guest. That means they can potentially collect payment from me and then collect again from someone else for the same room. As a customer, that feels completely unfair and shows very poor customer service. I understand that policies exist, but good companies also know how to take care of customers when an honest mistake happens. Based on this experience, I would not recommend booking here. If a company is not willing to work with customers says a lot about their customer service representation. Even worse when you ask for a manager you get hung up on.

The hotel definitely looks nice inside and out, and the rooms are big, but otherwise, there is a lot wrong with it: 1) Our room was completely missing lights in the bedroom other than two small lights over the sink. The room was very dark at night. 2) A piece of the trim in the main room fell on one of us when we were unpacking. When I showed the bartender one of these and asked for one of those drinks, she just laughed. False advertising. 4) The breakfast was pretty meh. Food quality was not as good as normal at ES hotels, things ran out fast and did not replenish, and when I told the people at the omelette bar I can't consume milk and needed them to make me regular eggs with a clean spatula and grill, they acted annoyed. 5) The peloton bikes in the gym did not function. All they needed was to be connected to the internet, but despite asking the front desk THREE TIMES to have someone do that, they never did. 6) The timeshares salespeople in the lobby are very annoying. 7) The pool no longer has the waterfall that's in some photos.
