I saw the great reviews on Yelp and his availability and pricing was in line with my schedule and budget. Ron and his wife, Ellen, are the greatest team. Ellen was responsive and super helpful with all my questions, concerns, looking up permits, scheduling ~ you name it. Ron was equally amazing. He walked through all the items on my 4pt with me and even gave me tips in maintaining some of my items like my Air Condenser. I even asked him for advice and opinions about items that were not part of the 4pt and he was super helpful and more than willing to give me his thoughts. With the inspection report and 4pt report itself Ron was very meticulous with things he found and as a buyer I very much appreciated it! I was able to get my seller to reduce the price of the home to accommodate the cost for some of the items that came up on the inspection report. Thank you Ron and Ellen!! Highly recommend!!

Happy Home Inspections…read more Recently had our roof replaced and started searching for a good price on home insurance. After I found a company, they asked if I had a wind mitigation report, I did not. My roofer recommended Happy Home Inspections. Called made an appointment, they showed up twenty minutes early which was great. The inspection was completed by 11am and I received the report that evening at 5pm. Great service and friendly people. Here is the best news, my home insurance premium was reduced by $465.00, wow! They also donate $10.00 to charity for every inspection they do, how nice is that?
