I hired him for an interior and exterior detail of one car and just an interior of another car. The interior work was four out of five stars. There were places that were missed for example, cleaner was sprayed on the mirror, but not wiped off. Cleaner was sprayed on the top of the dashboard and splashed on the windshield and that was not cleared off. The carpet looked great. However , when it came to the exterior of the car that I hired them to clean, it was nowhere near what I would consider detailed. I would not hire these people to do anything on the exterior of my cars. I relayed this information and dissatisfaction to the owner of Detail Dawgs and was told they would give me a partial credit on another service. I would not hire them for another service so I guess I'm out of luck. I would not hire these people again.

It seems she unknowingly parked her car on a driveway next to a sprinkler regularly and it caused the damage. Jeff, the owner of GM not only buffed out the fogginess several times, he was welcoming, professional, personable and completely reasonable. He suggested and applied a clear coat protection with a 3 year guarantee, an obvious necessity here in Hawai'i! It looks great and it's certainly much safer to drive this car.
